Max was very helpful, management was also helpful until I finished signing paperwork, then I got the feeling of why am I bothering them with any issues on the car the I just purchased 24 hours ago, very sad! I love the car and the 2 issues that occurred are easily fixed, they weren’t willing to take care of the issues and pay for them, they told me they would look at it but wouldn’t guarantee they would pay for it, so there is no point in letting them have the car back when it should have been fixed before it was put on the lot, I definitely will not go back and will make it a point to tell everyone that know and hopefully they will tell everyone they know too.

We had the car three weeks and if you let the car sit longer than 24 hours the battery was dead. Took to Lexus dealership and there was a parasitic drain coming from the central gateway ECU. This is now costing us $1,600 in repairs. This is something the dealership would have known as the car won’t start after 24 hours. I emailed dealership and have not heard a response.

My tires were not set so the correct tire pressure being low shows correctly which is a problem
