I recently had fantastic service from Hawk Ford. I scheduled a 40,000 maint review. They did the inspection and called me to say “all good, nothing needed.” Literally zero oversell! They even picked up and returned my car, no charge. I'd give them a 10 stars out of 5.

Everything went fine on purchasing the new Maverick. Ford needs to update a Q code in bed of the truck. It takes you to a video that shows something not on my truck. A nice storage box in the bed of the truck that is not installed on my truck. Hawk Ford could use a little improvement on the Quick Lane. The last two times I have had a couple of issues. Before those two times it was much better.

This is the best dealership ever very courteous staff, and they're not pushy at all. They work With you and For you.
