Way over priced!!
I went to the dealership because they are local and I seen a few used trucks that I was interested in. The 1st truck was priced on the internet at 35k. The trade in value was 26k to 30k in good condition. The truck drove like garbage and didn't have the power that it should have. I then noticed that it had been keyed on the driver's side and the passenger side was scratched as well. They still remained solid at 35k on their price. The 2nd truck was priced at 38k and booked at 28k to 32k in good condition. After wasting 5 hours of my time they claimed that the only way to get my payment at what I wanted was to buy a leftover 2017 dodge ram. The very next week I bought a truck exactly like the 2nd one for 11k less. I would not recommend these crooks to anyone

Greg Larue was great.
We drove several vehicles and he never made us feel rushed, answered all our questions and was not pushy. Will definitely call him for our next purchase.

Very bad service!
Bought a vehicle here and it was supposed to be fixed they made it worse then want to say it's a 30 day policy! The new owners are very un professional they ttreat the customers from that bought vehicles from previous owners like crap, do not honor or except anything, say that's not their problem, and that is why previous people are no longer there.. No morals.. only out for what they can do for themselves, what they don't realize is that is how you get continuing customers, people talking highly in about them! I understand not everyone's situation is the same but when you except responsibility of a business that has already been operating, you should understand that there are going to be things that come up regardless of right or wrong, not just say that was before our time here and it's not our problem! That's bad business, and unprofessional! How can we make things right? We want your business! We would like for you to buy another vehicle from us! These are things you do and say!!!! That is the problem today so many rude and selfish, people more worried about making that dollar than having good morals! Sad thing that you can't take that dollar with you when it's our time to go!

Very bad place
First time financing a car from a dealership. First spent two days to get ahold of someone about the vehicle then waited for two weeks to see the vehicle that they had listed. Finally got to go see it just to find a filthy vehicle full of trash. I decided to go ahead and negotiate with them and they ended up raising the price by 3000 dollars in the middle of the deal. Would not send my worst enemy to this dealership.

Very bad customer service
I found a truck I really wanted at this dealership and went ahead and got pre appoved for financing. Well soon after getting approved they informed me that they put it in service. So 2 weeks later the truck got new brake lines and a battery. So I was finally able to go see the vehicle in person. I traveled a hour to get there, then got out at there business only to be confused on where to go or who to talk to out of the 5 guys standing around doing nothing. So I finally get someone to track the truck down just to find a filthy truck full of trash. After driving the truck I found multiple thing wrong with it and tried to negotiate the price down which they weren't willing to do at all. So I decided to go ahead and start with the buying process then that's when the shady manager steps in and says he has to raise the price 3000 dollars because of the 150 dollar brake lines and battery. Then he starts verbally attacking me over my credit and kept insisting I buy a way more expensive truck, So I told my family to get up and let's leave. I would not recommend this shady place to anyone.

Stolen Oakley Sunglasses
I took our truck in for a recall and my husband's oakleys are missing. They were in the visor in a sunglass clip when I arrived....didn't think they would be stolen. We are beyond mad! I'm still waiting for a call. Needless to say I will not do anymore business with this dealer. Don't leave anything of value in your autos...lesson learnt! Until today we've always been happy with their service.

Amazing Dealership!
I would like to start by saying that I am ecstatic to be writing this review. I purchased a 2016 Fiat 500X Trekking from this dealership on 08/07/17. I was nervous since this was my very first vehicle purchase. I was also nervous because I had went to another dealership before speaking w/ Derrick Geer (my sales person at Bill Boruff's) and had a horrific experience. I explained to Derrick what I had been told by the other salesperson at the other dealership, and Derrick was kind enough to explain that I had been grossly lied to. He even went as far as to say, "I don't even care if you buy a car from us..just please don't go back to them." That was the main reason I DID go to see if I could get a car through Bill Boruff..because I was being treated like a -person- not just a customer. He could have easily tried to go into a sales pitch about why I needed to buy from them, etc. etc..but he didn't. I am absolutely beyond happy that I decided to get my vehicle through Bill Boruff's Dealership. The vehicle I wanted was at another one of their lots, so they went to the other lot and brought the car to their dealership for me. I was able to test drive the vehicle before the conversation of me buying the vehicle was ever even had. I was made to feel comfortable about asking all sorts of questions (trust me..I had many), and never once was made to feel like I was being a nuisance. The atmosphere was down to earth, and friendly. My salesperson, Derrick Geer, was honest, nice, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, not pushy, and he was super helpful. At this dealership, it's not just hit or miss on whether you're going to get an amazing salesperson..because they ALL exhibit all of the qualities I mentioned above that Derick displayed. I firmly believe they try to be as transparent as they possibly can be about the entire car purchasing process. Wesley Mifflin, their desk manager is fantastic and worked really hard to get me into the payments I wanted and was really great about explaining my options to me in a very informative non-condescending helpful manner. The finance manger, Al Kingsbury, was wonderful to work with and also had no problems explaining things to me in a way that I could understand them..because let’s face it..as a first time car buyer, I didn’t really know much. The fact that I -didn’t- know much and they could have easily exploited that and yet they didn’t..speaks VOLUMES about the business and the character of the individuals that work there. I even want to give a shout out to their crew who detail their vehicles. My 2016 looked almost brand new on the inside! I’ve looked at other used cars at other dealerships before..and trust me, the interiors didn’t even come as close to looking as good as the cars at Bill Boruff’s do! Just wow! I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Bill Boruff, Jason Lewis. He greeted me with a smile, a hearty handshake, and was more than happy to talk to me. I wanted to thank him personally for having outstanding salespeople who treat their customers like family and make the environment feel so comfortable. His motto is, “We sell cars, not credit” and that is something they most certainly stood behind. Not ONCE did they ask me about my credit or credit score, they simply just worked with me, and provided me with options to help me get into the car that I wanted to be in. On top of all of the wonderful service I got while I was there, I also received in the mail a letter from them thanking me for my business and was given my first oil change and lube for FREE through them! Something they really didn’t have to do, but did. I could go on and on raving about this dealership, but I will end my review with this… If you are in the market for a new, or new to you vehicle..go to Bill Boruff, they will not steer you wrong!!
