It's been months since I bought my car from Don Hattan
It's been months since I bought my car from Don Hattan Derby and they are still wow-ing me with their customer service. From the second that I called to explain the distress I was in from totaling my car, Dakota went out of his way to be calming, professional, and helpful. He and the staff their (big shoutout to Andrew) are so accomodating! Their were little technicalities that would have held me up in other places but Dakota and the team did everything they could to work with my situation and hurry things along for me. The warranty gives me complete peace of mind as well! I highly recommend the staff at Don Hattan if you are looking to make things as stress-free as possible for yourself!

Dakota met us when we stopped at the lot to look around.
Dakota met us when we stopped at the lot to look around. He was not a high-pressure sales rep at all. We wanted to trade in our vehicle for something newer. There was no haggling; we said what we wanted for our trade-in, and he gave us a price for the vehicle we were looking at. We wanted some modifications to the vehicle we wanted to purchase, and he got those arranged. We have never been happier with a vehicle sale. The whole process and the team were amazing. My salesman was Mike Alemanni. Great guy. He took the time to explain the process - I hadn’t bought a newer vehicle for a while. He took the time to drive me to the other dealership so I could make an informed decision. I would definitely recommend him!

Had a great salesman. He was very polite and easy to talk to. He listened to what I was looking for and found it. Helped me understand what was going on. I'm very pleased with him. Ask for Michael Taylor and you will get a great salesman.

Quincy was awesome to work with.
Quincy was awesome to work with. He answered all our questions. He got us setup and we loved working with him. Mason in finance was amazing! He walked us through all our options and never hesitated to answer any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and everyone was comfortable and relaxed and there was no sense of urgency or pushing.

Mike Taylor is simply fantastic.
Mike Taylor is simply fantastic. I walked across from Firestone, where I'd just found that a failed valve destroyed my engine. Within minutes, Mike showed me a car exactly within my parameters. His depth of service and sales knowledge was evident. Don't let him go - definitely worth the extra nickel! Thanks, Mike!

Mike is great to work with when buying a car. I have purchased a vehicle here before. I located this vehicle for my sister-in-law who lives in Missouri. She came up and bought it and is very pleased. Vehicle could have been cleaned a little better, as the Jeep I bought was spotless. Great buying experience.
