Stay far away. Purchased a vehicle that they would not let me test drive. After taking it home the motor was junk. It’s a 2020.. I have now owned it for almost 6 months and it’s been in service for 3 of those months. One star is being nice. They have done nothing to help me either.

Excellent experience all around from the sales dept, to the finance person to the service dept in setting up oil change, etc. Courteous staff who know what customer service means. Very satisfied customer!

Horrible customer service
My vehicle was there august 7-26 when I picked it up on the 26th there was damage to my bumper that was not there. after sending a picture of my vehicle that my Geico rep took on august 9th to open my claim and the picture when I took it back they still state “must’ve happened else where because we checked with the mechanics and they said they didn’t do it” watch your wiring harnesses because they use vegetable oil to coat them and the rodents love them! Now that I’m 12k upside in my vehicle and they only offered me 6 grand for my vehicle that I bought 2 years ago from them. Also lied when I signed my papers about my warranty and telling me I couldn’t take gap insurance

Bait and Switch. Vehicle was never for sale.
I live far away so I called about a vehicle to see if it was available. They said it was being worked on and they would let me know when it was ready to be seen. A couple days later they said it was ready and come on in quick before someone buys it. Turns out the car was never there, they never even sold the vehicle, the classic bait and switch. They asked me to look at other vehicles but why would I buy from liars.

It's free till it's not.
They got me. They don't have to get you. Shop elsewhere if you are looking for good experience. If anyone else out there purchased a new car in March of 2019 and were told by there salesperson they had free oil changes as long as you own the car please post here as well. I was told today that a lot of people are "confused" about the service plans. I didn't purchase one. I was told something at the time of purchase that apparently isn't factual. I expect this from a used car lot but from a dealership that is "keeping it awesome" I expected more integrity. Foolish me. DOK pay more for less! I guess they just needed to meet that months sales goal and free oil changes was the gimmick. It worked. Buyer beware. Slimey, slimey, slimey.

Horrible company all around
They are extremely horrible there. They take your money and don’t do there job. Had me leave the lot with a car and then took over a month to find someone to even finance it a long with not putting in my remote starter. Also because they did not register my car till months later I could not receive my free oil changes and had to pay myself. Only one oil change I received. Every time I called they blew me off and said nothing they can do. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go anywhere else but there.

Great people and great selection!
The lot was filled with cars, a good start in today’s economy. Very knowledgeable salesperson, Carlos Castaneda assisted me with my car selection. Everyone who interacted with me was top notch. Cameron N. The sales manager wrapped up the paperwork and in just over an hour I had my new car! I will be recommending this dealership to all my friends and family!

You guys are great. Don could not get over how quick some one grabbed him a chair to sit down. As he is having health issues that we have been dealing with for awhile now but this is the first time he felt like passing out. We were in and out in great time even though we were there earlier than our appointment. We will not do any business with any other dealership.

Run from this place!
I have a 2018 Sportage lease from Dan O’Brien Kia in Concord NH. We were trapped in the deal after we were lied to by the salesperson. We were told by the salesperson as we test drove an affordable used vehicle that the reason it smelled like smoke was because he was a smoker. Total lie to get us to sign. When we pointed out that this wasn’t the case we were told the financing had gone through and they would not let us out of the deal. Ended up with a new car lease at a payment 100 dollars more than we wanted and I did not know I was signing a lease agreement until it was too late. This dealership’s business practices are truly deplorable-bait and switch, false advertising, keeping people’s keys on trade ins and not giving them back, etc...DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR this shark tank! BTW- If you have a lease with this place you do not need to continue to deal with them, you can go to another Kia dealership.
