Eric Burris was a good service advisor.
Eric Burris was a good service advisor. He kept me aware of all things that was going on. He made sure I had a loaner car and that all my needs were met. I would request him as my advisor for my duration of service with you guys. I give Eric 5 stars for him being really caring for his customer. My 87 year old father took his 2021 duramax in for a
My 87 year old father took his 2021 duramax in for a simple oil change and ended up with a bill for $500 dollars for repairs that a truck with 15k miles shouldn't need. Dad is a Korean War era tank commander and is hard of hearing. This place should be ashamed of themselves to exploit a disability to make a few dollars. I have contacted them several times and still haven't received a response.

Car Service
When my wife and I first arrived at the service reps desk, we waited several moments while he was on the phone. I also had to remind him of the discount I was to receive. I don?t trust him to seek the best for me. I assume you do not wash customer vehicles any longer (over $800.00 service fees). I answered ?yes? to ?recommend to a friend? because past service reps have done quite well.
