Wonderful experience 🤩

I will highly recommend this dealership and Steve our salesman to everyone! The finance guy was great too! The price was fair and easy to negotiate. The price was already under value and they made us feel at ease with the purchase.

The service department went through a transition during the Covid-19 pandemic. This facility has made changes which reflect the company’s dedication to service excellence. Friendly & great prices

Very friendly people to work with. (Our salesperson was Tara) It was hard finding a local dealership that was selling new cars for MSRP & not 3 - 4 thousand over. I was so happy to get my 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited AWD for MSRP & was more than willing to drive almost 2 hours to get it. Everything we agreed to via text/phone was what happened when we got there in person. I’m very pleased & will look to them for future purchases. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely terrible. Scheduled a recall appointment to replace the coil springs on my Ram 1500, 2 months in advance as requested, to ensure they got the parts in. I came to the appointment and dropped off my truck. Did not get a call back to come pick my truck back up. I called them the next day and they said the appointment was to have the tech check to see if the part needed replacing and then they would order the parts if needed. Once they had the parts in, they called me to schedule the new appointment. I dropped my truck off on the day of the appointment and they said that it will be ready by the end of the day. I called them about an hour before closing time and they told me that the truck would not be ready until next day. I told them that if the truck would not be ready by the end of the next day, to go ahead and put it back together as I needed my truck to go out of town. The next day, I got a call at 4:30 from them and was told that my truck wouldn't be ready for another 2 days. I asked for a loaner vehicle and was told that "We sold all of our loaner vehicles". Avoid this service department like the plague.

Up to the finace office was a breeze after not so much

Up to the finace office was a breeze after not so much titling and finance threw company policy around and titling section very very slow on doing their job im still waiting on them to do it 30 days after purchase this revoew was for a hundyai

If you expect service after the sale - forget it....

If you expect service after the sale - forget it. Service department is terrible!!! Cannot get a phone call back from them and they simply come across as not caring!!

Check your e-mail. It’s pretty straight forward there. I work in Owensboro and will probably have my regular maintenance done there from now on.
