Can’t go wrong with Shawn Ramsey

I bought my dream truck from Shawn. The whole process was great from start to finish. I knew the truck I wanted and I spoke with Shawn about it. We discussed numbers over the phone and made it work. I took the test drive and then moved forward with the deal. Shawn answered everything and if he didn’t know the answer, he would find it. Then I worked with Walt in finance and he was great at his job and gave me one xxxx of a sales pitch. Then Artie “delivered” my truck to me after hours and went over everything until I was comfortable. The reason Shawn didn’t was because he was fairly new to selling the trucks and was more comfortable having Artie show me. That’s commendable. Shawn could have tried to bs me, but he knew I was in better hands with Artie as far as going over everything within the truck. I called back throughout the week when stuff came up. I talked to Jason the manager and he helped me with a lot of things too. It was just a great experience all around.

I'm extremely unhappy with bachman in Jeffersonville. I have been waiting for a part for 10 months, they never call, or return messages. They do not care about their customers from what I can see. Find another dealership.

Very happy w service and warranty work done on my Sahara. Monty even went above and beyond having my Jeep delivered to my home while I was away on vacation!

Great customer service

Great customer service. The sales reps were responsive to my needs and took my cares into consideration. If the would have had the right vehicle for me there certainly would have gained me as a customer.

Bachman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram I do not recommend using...

Bachman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram I do not recommend using this company. Within 2 days of purchasing a Jeep, after a rain, it leaked. Badly. We did not get to take the top off, enjoy it, and had to clean it up. After finally having a salesperson call back, we were told that the 30 day warranty did not cover it and it was not their problem. The manager refuses to contact us. This was after a horrible experience just trying to purchase it. Bachman Jeep does not stand behind their vehicles nor their customers. Not 2 days after so I doubt ever.
