At first they we're very friendly and helpful. But it's now been 2 months of me owning the car and I still don't have a license plate and they won't send me a temporary plate. I honestly wouldn't recommend this dealership and I will never be purchasing a car with them again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! We drove 2.5hrs to look at a vehicle on the lot. Communication had been good prior to arriving. Took the car out for a test drive and then back to the office to look over pricing. It was listed at $20,990. The salesman came back with the finance sheet, after the tax title and reg there were 2 fees at the bottom for a total of $3,000 for the dealerships inspection of the vehicle and "preparation of the vehicle". I asked about this and was told all NJ dealerships charge this. I was told that on their website it says there will be preparation charges on top of the sale price, this varies with every vehicle I was told so you never no what the final price will be. After complaining about the added charges and getting no where we walked out. Essentially the LISTED SALE PRICE is not even close to the end result. I think they were hoping we drove 2.5hrs so we would take what we were given. Too bad the car was just what we were looking for but not for the scam deal they had going.

Called them and asked if we would be able to drive a car off the lot today if we found one we liked. They were true to their woes. We went in today and drove out very happily with a car that meets our needs perfectly. Ziad and Ammar were kind, upfront and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

They are nice people but shady bought car on March 4

They are nice people but shady bought car on March 4 called them up a week and half of owning it service engine light came on they told me to bring car in they forgot to reset it after servicing it I gave them the benefit of doubt but took it there they put obd reader on it I’m not one of those naive women I know those readers only temporarily turn codes off after he turned light off I left on my ride home car felt like it was hesitating so I pulled over and shut car off I’m like maybe it’s my imagination well it wasn’t because service engine light came on again a week later I called dealership up again and was told car is under warranty take it to certified mechanic I shouldn’t have to use warranty if i didn’t even have the car for 30 days I took it to certified mechanic as soon as he put the reader on it boom transmission code and another code comes up he advised me to take it to another place and boom again same two codes came up there as well they didn’t bypass them like they did at city motor group and both places said without a doubt those same codes came up when they supposedly was resetting it after servicing it.and suddenly they tell me to use my warranty it’s quite obvious they knew car needed transmission work and warranty company only approved for used transmission absolutely not was I putting a used transmission in the car so I can encounter the same thing again not a chance I opted for a new one and had to come out of pocket for the balance.they should’ve paid the balance not me since car wasn’t in my possession for 30 days.I was without a vehicle for a month and half because of their shady work.and another thing when you have English speaking customers in your establishment and you speak fluent English there is absolutely no need to speak another language amongst each other that seems as though you have something to hide but I’m not letting this go lemon law does exist
