It was ok . Said it was supposed to be done at 5 o’clock but at 10 till six I went and asked and they said it was just done.

I come from a car manufacturer that is very hands on and involved in the entire customer experieence, from the moment the customer arrives to after the client has taken ownership. Nico was by far the best representative I worked with across numerous dealerships in EARNING my business. Communicative, worked hard to get me into my vehicle, supportive, even came in on his off day. I DO wish there was a bit better post-delivery support. I had a basic question for him after driving off, and never received a response. This is a stark contrast from how my organization does things, we are expected to always follow up with customer correspondence, questions, but perhaps I need to adjust my expectations to how dealerships may do their business. Overall, a positive experience, and happy to have purchased from Toyota of Lancaster, and I'd (with those expectations adjusted), happily work with Nico again.

Trying to charge me over 1000$ for something i fixed with

Trying to charge me over 1000$ for something i fixed with 80$. And still charged me 200+ to look for the problem when i told them what was wrong.
