I came in looking for a quality used vehicle and was pleased with their Sales team who greeted us. They understood my needs, price point and were honest upfront. Quick & painless

Quick process, experience was vastly improved from last buying experiences. In my past experiences, male salesmen would speak down/condescendingly to me, it’s a huge pet peeve. Alex did not do that and I was appreciative. Would recommend dealership to friends/family.

******BUYER BEWARE****** My son took his car for a new transmission. They had the car for 2 weeks. Communication was terrible. They would tell him his car was ready so he'd make the trip down and it wouldn't be, or he'd call and they'd have him in hold for over 10 minutes at a time only to come back on and say everyone was at lunch. That's not the worst of it. They quoted him a price, then for his trouble they said they had discounted the price $500. Then the service manager, Mitch said "unfortunately, the price is now $900 higher than the original price", no explanation, no itemized invoice. This is my son's first car. They took advantage of him because of his young age. After reading the BBB reviews, and comments on Facebook, I see this type of fraud is common for them. We still don't have a reason the price of the transmission was increased. The GM was disrespectful and aggressive and when asked for his supervisor, he said HE WAS big kahuna and had no supervisor. Also, they didn't bother to do any cleaning of the car after they worked in it there was grease all over the inside and out. The alignment was worse than before. Management talks in circles and they don't have answers for anything. There has been a complaint filed with the FTC and soon with the AG. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! BUYER BEWARE!

Good morning Nasser Family. This is William Fakhoury General Manager Napleton Kia Of Fishers. I’m so sorry you fell so negative about your experience. We have made many attempts to try to accommodate you, your husband as well as son. We discounted the repair 561$ dollars. We told you the allignment was bad during the initial multipoint inspection and your son denied it along with every other service . Your husband became irate with me on the phone. I never mentioned I was a big Kahuna seems very unprofessional. you failed to mention that the car was missing multiple items from the previous local garages repair that we fixed for you hence the increase in the bill. Regardless of all this we still offered you a complimentary alignment as well as a full detail and an additional 500 refund for your inconvenience and tou refused. You said you wanted 1500 or your going to the attorney general. I have truly tried everything to accommodate and brought my superior in to further assist and no success. None the less best of luck to you here’s my cell if I can further assist. 845-390-1890

I do not know how any of these other people can rate this dealership with 4 or 5 stars. Their sales team do not know how to handle issues that arise and their customer service skills are terrible. They make promises they do not keep, have very poor communication with their customer and offer no help in getting a refund of a CASH deposit. If you want good customer service and peace of mind knowing that the dealership would stand behind any problems, then this is NOT the dealership to use.

Once I made this review, William called me the next morning and refunded my cash deposit (that I had been trying to get refunded for almost 2 weeks) within an hour of the call. If I had not made this review, I believe I would still be waiting on my refund.

My family has bought multiple vehicles from this dealership. Since the change in GM, there has been an atmosphere of vibrance and excitement there. It makes the car buying experience less stressful, and depending on whether or not Delwin is controlling the Spotify, you're in great musically. You guys get it!

Yeah just the worst, everybody else is right.

Yeah the asbolute worst. I can't believe we, the community of Fishers, allow these snakes to collect at 37 and 135th street. Please, please, save yourself... DO not even enter their terrible parking lot.
