We were greeted and waited just a few minutes for Steven to come and himself. He was very nice but not overbearing or pushy. He already knew what car I came to test drive. He was able to answer questions about the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about cars in general.

This dealership is horrible.

This dealership is horrible. They ended up denying my claim in a 2 yr old sportage for a sunroof that mysteriously exploded, even thought there are major lawsuits for this exact issue. Takes 3 weeks for kia corporation to be able to get in contact with my service advisor. When I pick up my vehicle after the denial (because now insurance is having a hard time getting ahold of advisor and I’m over it) I find that they left it outside insecurely covered. Now my car smells of mildew, items in console are covered in rust, and floorboards had standing water. They had turned the heater on full blast and used a half a tank, I assume to dry out and cover up their negligence. When I talked to the lovely Austin he said “what’d you expect you, you left it for 3 weeks”. When I explained that it took so long because the service advisor was never available and never returned calls to Besty at Kia Corp. he laughed and said “who uses phone these days and that texts are how they communicate”. Ok that’s great and all, I don’t think your corporate people know that so maybe you should have called them back. My car is ruined and now has to be replaced. Don’t go to Napleton Kia of Fishers!

I received the worst service from this dealer that I have

I received the worst service from this dealer that I have ever received from any other business! Not only did they not do the service I requested. Despite telling me they had the parts for a recall on site they did not and told me I would have to wait for the part to arrive and schedule another appointment. I had driven about 60 miles to get there! I had ask for an oil change and they completed that in about two hours and then told me about the lack of recall part(s). As usual they also provided a list of technician suggested service. Much of the list had already been completed (they did not ask me or check the Carfax report). I understand that one of the suggestions is not to be done per Kia) I can't believe this organization has remained open for the years they report
