I needed a repair on the cooling system, but the part required was delayed a couple of days. Jennifer Hanlon of DiFeo Kia was extremely courteous, and helpful in providing us with a Loaner Vehicle, since transportation was necessary to transport a disabled family member to daily Physical Therapy sessions. Repair was done to our total satisfaction.
