Not honest

Important Information for future BMW buyers from this dealership. I recap my recent experience with a BMW Kalamazoo dealership: 1. I purchased my BMW few months ago with 50,500 miles and drove around 3000 miles mostly on the highway. 2. Since my purchase the brakes have a strange feeling shortly before the car stops completely, as if you get a little push back from the brake pedal. 3. The dealership reassured me that that the car has been properly serviced so had no issues. 4. Now I have the DSC warning light appearing and the a Service Manager confirms me (after paying 300$..) that I need to replace the DSC control for 1750$ and the feeling on the pedal is the result of this problem. 5. I am reading online this is a very common fault, also shocked that there is no recall from BMW as I understand from the Service Manager that it is dangerous. 6. As this is so common (many reviews online) I did expect a Dealership to inspect a car in detail when servicing it and selling it and to replace the faulty part for free (as it is such a common issue) or at least cover the part cost (not necessarly the labor). 7. Answer from dealer: your problem. So to conclude: be aware of this issue AND the dishonest behavior from BMW dealership.

Buyer Beware

Bought 2 cars from them. Both delivered <1/4 tank of fuel, no fuel gift card offered. low on oil and low tire pressure. Even the washer fluid was less than 1/2 full. Neither car was washed. Both vehicles sold at average prices for the condition, trade-ins well below average value even factoring in their below average condition. One vehicle we purchased burns 3.1qt/1000mi of oil and will need new piston rings, fortunately under warranty. I found out later that it was inspected by their service department as CPO, but wasn't sold as CPO. I should have walked away, but I really loved the vehicles. Kudos to Audi for stepping up. Maple Hill Audi Service Dept. 2 miles away is absolutely awesome to work with! Zeigler has probably lost a customer for life while Maple Hill has gained one.

I found the dealership through autotrader. I never visited the dealership. I found a 2008 22,000 mile BMW 335i convertible located on their lot. I contacted Ms. Seitz about the car. She was very, very friendly. I asked her very, very specific questions about the vehicle. Based on her answers, I bought the car. Suffice it to say, what was represented about the car was not accurate. Not even close. The condition of the interior and the exterior were not as represented. Specifically, there are no fewer than 3 dings on the exterior through the paint that never were mentioned. The rear bumper has had previous paint work done to it that is already beginning to flake off after less than a month of ownership. The interior has a number of deep scratches through the leather that went unmentioned. Finally, the car has more rattles and squeaks than any I have ever owned. This is what is most disturbing as I was so very specific in my pre-purchase discussions about any interior noises. I was told that the BMW service manager personally drove the car prior to my purchase to confirm it was silent. It is not. Buying off the Internet can be dangerous. If you are looking, avoid the same 30 plus thousand dollar mistake I made and steer clear of Zeigler.

Went in to buy a truck ended up being taken for 6,000 over the value. Not a good place customer service was bad. Now that i am in the market to buy a new car I definatly will not be going back here. Very disappointed! My advice would be save your money and go elsewhere.
