Awesome experience
I arrived unsure whether I'd be trading in for a new Challenger, left with a Hellcat. Leslie was very understanding of my concerns and for the first time, I felt like I was being matched with a vehicle instead of having one getting pushed on me. Best in the valley!

Great Deal!!
Researched for 5 weeks and Chapman had the Jeep with all the upgrades I wanted at the best price. Sales staff offered additional discounts even after a price had been agreed upon.

A Review On My Experience with Leslie Horne
After having weeks of transportation issues and dealing with crazy car dealerships, my experience with Leslie was top of the line. She was very kind and extremely honest with me. She gave me so much information and insured that my experience was great. She was not forceful at all like others in sales. She worked with me to find a vehicle that I wanted- but would also work for me. Working with Leslie was first-rate! I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a car. In all honesty I will go back to her every time I need to make a purchase.

my 2nd born (aka. JKU #2)
I am so happy to get my new JKUR. It is an awesome machine. Erik Knox is the best car rep I've ever worked with. In fact, I'd go as far as calling him an anti-car-salesman as he cares more about you as a person than as another customer. Erik helped me with much more than just buying the car. He promptly answered all of my many questions and even offered to come to the dealership on his day off (which I could not let him do)! I know it sounds like a fake review but I really feel like got the best off-road vehicle on earth and gained a new friend. I usually do not like buying cars as car salesmen annoy me. But this experience proved very enjoyable. Thank you Erik! I probably would not get the JKUR without your prompt and concise help and I'd definitely not have done so this smoothly and at such a great value. I am taking the time to write this review only because Erik has done much more for me in the last 4 weeks than his job description required. Fair is fair. Best Regards, Tomasz

Horrible customer service with new car issue
I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler a few weeks ago and had a severe transmission problem just hours after driving away. As I did not want to drive further with the problem, I took it over to Airpark to have a look at it. Through the whole experience, Chapman was absolutely impossible to work with. They would not help get the vehicle down to their dealership until a couple days had gone by and Airpark was already working on it. Further more, their response to the fact that I had a severe transmission problem a few hours after purchasing a brand new vehicle from them was appalling. The response I got from the sales manager was "Well, it's not my fault", "Call Chrylser, it's their problem." No help, no follow up, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable. Once you sign that paperwork, don't expect any help if something goes wrong.

Great trade-in experience!
I have been a long time Chapman customer and my latest experience was great! We brought in our Jeep for a new battery and left with a brand new 2017 Jeep Trailhawk! Erik was very helpful throughout the process and we left feeling like we got a pretty nice deal I would definitely recommend Chapman to friends and family!

New wheels installed
I ordered new wheels for my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. They gave me a discount from Mopar and installed them. Erik the salesman set me up and Dan (Parts Manager) took it from there when they arrived to install time. They completed the job in about 1.5 hrs (including a free wash) and the news Jeep wheels look fantastic. Good job guys! Jeff

Horrible experience. Ignored
Had check engine light and needed it looked at. Was waiting for service person in heat for quite a while even though someone came in after me and got immediate service Was told it would take 2 hours. We agreed if longer that I would be told. After 2 1/2 hours and no one checking in with me I go outside to see my vehicle washed and ready. Had to stand out in heat for rep to do anything about it Horrible experience. 3 hours ignored until I stood outside to be noticed. Worst service I have ever had Was going to buy a vehicle from this dealership next time as they are closer but I am not happy with service. Was told they couldn't find anything wrong with it that the gas cap might have been loose. I have a problem with that because this model doesn't have a gas cap. Just wasted 3 hours Pam Puckett.
