We stopped by to look at a car, but it was sold before we got there. Mark took the time to hear what we were looking for and the next weekend he had it available. Found the car I wanted and headed there as soon as I was told it was still available. David went through the process with me, and in an hour and a half, I was on my way out. Great service, and a painless process.

These guys are complete liars. I drove from over an hour and a half away just to get there and find out the vehicle is garbage. I asked over the phone if there was ANY physical damage to the vehicle and he said no. When I got there I was shocked. The white sport trac had a huge dent on tailgate. Interior had rips and broken console pieces. The ENTIRE sway bar link and ball joint was missing on the right side (I can't make this up). And the 4low almost locked the vehicle up. Do yourselves a favor and shop from another dealer. Completely ruined my entire day.

Honest and principled dealers who know their business and care about their customers. They were professional, efficient, and very respectful of my budget and my preferences. I generally don't like the car-buying process, but dealing these guys was actually a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a decent used car!

I must say the experience at this used dealership was nothing like what you would expect. I took my sister here to purchase a Honda Accord coupe (her dream car) on 12/17/16. The vehicle was not there when we first arrived, the salesman Dave was very helpful in making a call to get the vehicle to the lot within a hour. Dave provided the Carfax report for us to review and told us before he hit print the car showed a minor accident from years prior and the car didn't even show it in person. He was truthful and it was a minor accident with a excellent service history. When we returned the car was there like promised and looked great no showing of any damage flawless throughout. We met with the other salesman Mark who immediately began to tell us about the car down to the two very small minor scratches that was not noticeable on the hood. All in all this is an Outstanding use dealership with two very honest and upfront gentlemen that you just don't find now days even at big name new dealers. I have bought over 15 cars in my lifetime from various dealers Chevy, Lexus, Mercedes etc.. I must say Best Deal Auto Outlet ranks among the top, not as fancy dealer with amenities, but with professionalism and honest you can trust. These guys were able to satisfy my sister(and me) beyond expectations with the condition and mechanical state of the car. We left with tittle in hand after Dave refereed me and Mark negotiating (LOL). I would Diffidently return here for another purchase. Thanks Mark and Dave you guys made my sister smile for Christmas
