DriveTime of Union City

First time car financing, Drivetime "Union City" made this a great experience. The application process was quick, and I received a good price for my trade-in. Every vehicle on the lot displayed the year & price clearly. The lot was clean and easy to drive around. The building was clean inside, the staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I sent them a message inquiring about a used car in stock. Never got a reply. Not sure what else to say because I didn't even have a chance to talk on the phone. This is actually weird considering how active the sales team at other dealerships reached out after my first message.

Angel was great but that's bout it,less than 30 days after purchase broke down twice,in shop now!,I don't think they really inspect them,car fax report is not correct,wouldn't recommend unless you have no other choice

DO! NOT! USE! BRIDGECREST! - traps you in high interest rate loans -does not refinance (even with on time payments) -only buy out options is about $100-200 difference 2009 Nissan Maxima value $3000 - $4000 remaining loan after 3 years $12,000 (this rate I will be done in another 3 years) PLEASE BE WARNED the customer service reps at Drive Time are ok but the auto financing company BRIDGECREST is a SCAM! I repeat DO NOT USE BRIDGECREST if you dont believe me check the reviews on BBB webist

We came to this dealership with lots of knowledge and ready to buy a car but we're very nervous. Sequan Brown was an extremely helpful and detailed dealer so much so that he put all your worries at ease and we left the lot with a car we felt completely happy and comfortable with! He was personable and covered every question we had putting ALL OF our doubts out the window. HE WAS THE BEST!

Our experience there was wonderful. Angel went out her way to help us and made sure we drove off with the car we wanted. I would recommend Her 10x over. If you ever go to Drivetime, do yourself a favor and ask for her.

Easy process. Staff were warm, inviting & efficient. My inital appointment was with Christopher; however, Georgia Walker greeted me at the door and walked me through the sales process.
