Easy to find and as soon as we walked in we were welcomed and checked in right away. I did have to come back twice though. Once because I needed to show insurance and the second, because of a crazy electrical issue that was no one’s fault. I spent 6 hours there while waiting for the power to come back on. While I was making the couch comfy, the staff and Sophie were very accommodating and even offered pizza while I waited. Definitely wasn’t the way I wanted things to go but Sophie kept me updated through out the day and helped as much as she was able to.
