LEMONADE STAND!!

I bought my car in June 2023, I test drove the car, and it needed an alignment, they fixed that (sort of), 2 months later, I got a check engine warning, I took it to get looked at, t was the catalytic converter, (not covered by Silver Rock) now its been 4/5 months after purchase, and the engine ceased!!!? xxx!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE, I'm very disappointed with this facility. I SHOULD OF GONE TO CARMAX, they're cars are much better taken care of, their warranty supercedes the crappy coverage this place has given, do not let them do this to you!!! Crappy place to go, by far the worst choice I've made!!

Still waiting for my refund!!!

So. After I realized I was scammed and returned the 6yr 156 payments used 2015 vehicle the 2nd day of my 5 day warranty. May 1, 2021. They stated I would be receiving my $2, 940- down payment by FedEx 5-7 business days it's Now May 13th and I still haven't received my paid refund back from FedEx from this drive time company. They just pass me along to other people to "investigate' what happened to my down payment check. Please don't allow yourself to be scammed by these people!

Ghosted by DriveTime Lol

I got passed around to three different agents and none were able to answer my question. They vanished like thin air when I asked how much the out-the-door cost was lol. I guess they really only do take in people with bad credit so they can extort ridiculously high interest rates during financing. They got scared when I told them I had good credit and I'm paying upfront lol.

Worst customer service an experience I have ever e

Do not go to this place or any drivetime they do not honor there online quotes. We got one for $500.00 down for a 12000 car so and we said we do a $1000 down so I gave them my time sheets, social security number,driver license and they said they get back to me its been almost a week when I called the person that was helping me they said he's out (I called 3 times at different times and days) so some else was going to help..yeah right with in 5 mins talking this person increases the down payment 4 or 5 times 500 to 1050 then 1100 then 2000 and then 3000 for a 12000 car and still no call back. THEY DON'T LIKE TO SELL CARS OR LIKE MONEY.

Fast and easy

Drivetime is a wonderful dealer compared to all of the other dealers I've been to. Very easy and very helpful information from the representatives. My credit it's not all that and I left with a car. 0 down and very reasonable payments.

awsOme dUdes

Great experience at drive time with the guys that helped me..Shout Out to jOshua he was my Dealer great guy..tUy was aWsome as well..i recommend anyone on a budget to come here..im so happy with my 2010 fOrd fUsion, its perfeCt fOr me and i Love it i could not be happier i havnt really deiven it cuz of my job but when i do drive it a distance i know it will be great..thanx guys and god bless you gentlemen that helped me

very impressed with my car buying experience

this is my second time purchasing a car through drivetime. this is also the best experience I've ever had with Drivetime. they went over all the details with me in explicit detail. the whole staff is very nice. but I'd have to see the best member of the team is Eddie B.He was patient with me. he'll be the person that I continue to do business with if I ever need another car through Drivetime.
