A friend of mine was in need of a vehicle and has bad credit I suggested Drive Time. So glad I did as the Downey location is wonderful, everyone very polite and helpful. The salesman Jim Frye was perfect in all aspects, best salesman I've ever met. Jim Frye Rocks!!!!!!! If you have a bad experience at Drive Time its because you caused it they make it super easy and comfortable.

Jim the dealer was assume got threw process with ease ans speed. Was very curtious and reliable. Very pleased with their service. Great salesman in my book.

Richard was friendly and very helpful. Drive time worked with the amount of money we had available to put down without trying to make the down payment as high as possible; like other dealers. Also the cars come with a great warranty. Thank you to all the employees of drive time in Downey your great customer service is very much appreciated.

I'm happy that I got the car I wanted and not pressured into buying something I didn't want

I was apprehensive at first, mainly because I was laughed out of other dealerships. This one really took care of me, worked around my ideal payments and got me the vehicle I wanted the same day. Service was outstanding and I couldn't have asked for more. Only thing I would recommend is that they provide more "munchies". I was there for quite a while and was pretty hungry. By the time I got my car, I went home, ate, and slept lol.
