A friend of mine was in need of a vehicle and has bad credit I suggested Drive Time. So glad I did as the Downey location is wonderful, everyone very polite and helpful. The salesman Jim Frye was perfect in all aspects, best salesman I've ever met. Jim Frye Rocks!!!!!!! Very easy and the best car buying expirience i've ever had. Richard the salesman provided excellent customer service. Jennifer was also great in explaining the options available. Richard was friendly and very helpful. Drive time worked with the amount of money we had available to put down without trying to make the down payment as high as possible; like other dealers. Also the cars come with a great warranty. Thank you to all the employees of drive time in Downey your great customer service is very much appreciated.
