Very rarely do the actual dealerships live up to the commercials you see on TV. However, NOT at DriveTime. They do what they say and they say what they do. There is no haggling and no pushy salesperson trying to take all of your money. I did all the research before the purchase and knew what I wanted. When I got there they had the vehicle cleaned, fueled up and ready to go. Then I saw another one that I wanted instead and they did not try to force me to get the first one. They told me what the difference was going to be and made sure I was ok with it before taking it home. Love the car love the process and I would recommend DriveTime to everyone.

Customer service was very good. Reps were very friendly and knowledgeable of vehicles. I was greeted as soon as I came through the door. I was offered refreshments and made to feel very welcome. Great selection of good looking and mechanically sound vehicles. Getting the docs ready for me to sign took waaayy to long though.
