I'm happy that I got the car I wanted and not pressured into buying something I didn't want

I was apprehensive at first, mainly because I was laughed out of other dealerships. This one really took care of me, worked around my ideal payments and got me the vehicle I wanted the same day. Service was outstanding and I couldn't have asked for more. Only thing I would recommend is that they provide more "munchies". I was there for quite a while and was pretty hungry. By the time I got my car, I went home, ate, and slept lol.

Very easy and the best car buying expirience i've ever had. Richard the car salesman provided excellent customer service, as well as Jason the manager. Richard was beyond friendly and very helpful. Drive time worked with the amount of money we had available to put down without trying to make the down payment as high as possible; like other dealers. I'm so glad my husband and I bought our car from here. Also the cars come with a great warranty. Thank you to all the employees of drive time in Downey your great customer service is very much appreciated.

this would be my third vehicle drive time and everything experience is better than the last! The employees at the Downey dealership are so friendly so polite and extremely knowledgeable. The process was so quick and easy! We had an overall great experience and would definitely recommend them to our friends and family!

They didnt rush me into anything or just put me in any car, they listen to what I wanted and compare the cars got me in right car that fit my budget. Very rarely do the actual dealerships live up to the commercials you see on TV. However, NOT at DriveTime. They do what they say and they say what they do. There is no haggling and no pushy salesperson trying to take all of your money. I did all the research before the purchase and knew what I wanted. When I got there they had the vehicle cleaned, fueled up and ready to go. Then I saw another one that I wanted instead and they did not try to force me to get the first one. They told me what the difference was going to be and made sure I was ok with it before taking it home. Love the car love the process and I would recommend DriveTime to everyone.
