Software update for my Range Rover

Land Rover Chandler always gives excellent customer service. Mel Charles in the service department is knowledgeable and detailed. I highly recommend this dealership for purchase and service.

Highest Customer Satisfaction Ever

I am a newer transplant to AZ and am so fortunate to have found LandRover Chandler, more specifically, Mel in Service Dept. As my service adviser, he keeps me updated on repairs and timeframes with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. He goes out of his way to ensure I am completely satisfied with my experiences at the dealership and when it is time to trade my Evoque in soon, I know I will be bringing it to LandRover Chandler for my new Range Rover, as they will deliver the customer service I expect! Also, JT is a true gem in this department and exemplifies the high standards of good old fashioned hospitality to each customer he encounters! I always tell my friends and family to come here if they want excellent customer service and quality work!

Great service!

Can‘t ask for a better experience. Earl in service did a great job helping me with the issues on my range rover evoque. I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely go back.

Great buying experience

Great purchase experience with Mike. Not pushy and very helpful and responsive. I appreciate his quick reply to emails so I could make decisions prior to coming into dealership and speed along the process.

Selling car with declined tires

Michael Young has no knowledge about the car, when I called him and asked him to check the car if there is any scratches or dents and he said "no", when I drove 100 miles to there and saw at least two dents on the car, after we bought the car, I went to discount tire to fix a tire which had a nail on it and they said my 4 tires need to replaced, I was shocked and told them that I just bought it. I looked the dealer's repair order and found out that they sold car with 4 tires less than 4/32 Declined!.
