Very nice people at a little bit of a wait but not long with me very comfortable had everything explain to me very clearly and would definitely bring my Rogue back for Easter

They are friendly and take care of everything you need

I would recommend your service with this Nissan dealership, they are kind and will take care of anything you need, drink, snacks, etc. I would definitely come back

Customer service was very professional

The service was provided in reasonable time. Service staff made sure all my needs were met regarding my vehicle. Really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the service team.

Very comfortable dealership

Very pleasant and laid back dealership. The sales person I dealt with was helpful in taking care of my needs. No pressure tactics at all. Was a good car buying experience.

Get sticker

Needed to have sticker put on inside door frame that was missing when purchased the truck. The service people took care of this for me

Great customer service

Darrin took excellent care of my needs with the oil change and other little issues. The waiting area is very clean and has good snacks!

Service is Great! - Sales, Not so much☹️

The service department was very courteous and handled my tire issue properly. When I purchased a vehicle back in late March 2018, I had a great experience then as well. So, when I went back to the dealership where I made the purchase to trade in and get a taller vehicle for my wife, I was not treated properly. Number 1, I was going to purchasing another vehicle but Mcclarty Nissan would not pay off the loan from my trade in. They would not even meet me in the middle with the difference . Not Fair! Number 2., I know that the trade in could have been paid off because I have gone to a competitor and purchased a new vehicle and my trade in was paid off in full. I owe nothing. Ask yourself this question Mcclarty.... Do you think he will ever come back to do business with us?

Oil change

Buying a new altima

Dyllon and others showed courtesy. Dyllon Brownmiller explaining in details the benefits of buying a new Altima and he actually persuaded me to buy a new Altima. He was respectful and again showed courtesy.
