Bait and switch

Called about a '13 F150 , set a time to come up and look at it and test drive. Only to find out when we got there it need a motor, not motor work but a motor and was 5-6 week out from being worked on if they had told us this upfront, we might could have worked something out . They were just trying to get us up there to try to sale us something else .What a waste of time.

While we do strive for 100% customer satisfaction, every now and then we are humbled to learn our process may need to be re-visited so that something like this does not happen again. Thank you Kevin for your review and for bringing to our attention your view as a consumer, which is what we care most about. I am very sorry that the vehicle you were interested in would not be ready to be sold for 5-6 weeks. The Motor World Promise (3-Day Exchange, 3-Mos Powertrain Warranty and 30-Day Service guarantee) was the driving factor in pulling back this vehicle from "retail ready." Again, we are sorry for any miscommunication you experienced, I can assure you that we had the best of intentions but just missed the mark on communication. Will never buy from them again rude won't call bac

I will never buy another vehicle from them again. I signed the papers went outside it was the wrong vehicle it was a 2016 not a 2015 it had dents in it scratches. I tried calling them it took months for them to call me back. Things cosmetic they were suppose to fix. I called and the man was very rude.

The absolute worst

So unprofessional! Gave me a car test drive that had trash in backseat, jumper cables in front seat, gas and engine lights on. DO NOT deal with Adam! Very poor professionalism.

Nice place friendly staff

Stopped in looking for a used car, very polite and friendly staff. Didnt get a call back since stopping but I would recommend as a place to check to others. No pressure.
