If I could give them worse than 1 star it would be negative 1000... they are predatory and take advantage of people especially young females... My daughter who don't even have a permit was sold a car thru financing it... No job just money down... they lied on paperwork to push it thru took her 2500 down and put her in a contract. Made her purchase all the extra, service warranty, gap you know all that.. set insurance up so they could push it thru financing ( which the insurance company didn't even know about. Then because she don't have a license they delivered the car to her house and proceeded to tell her to remember you don't have a license so don't drive the car... She don't even have a permit..

After MONTHS of looking for the right and afford car I FINALLY got something! I want to thank Colin for all his help and dedication and helping me find something! If you’re in need of a new vehicle he’s your guy!

Chris was my sales person, absolutely love him. I bought two vehicles from them and traded my car in. They paid my car off and gave me extra money, which I didn’t expect. Any issues I’ve had, which have been small they have addressed and worked with me on. I can’t say anything negative about them at all. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I went to the dealership to find a new vehicle in a hurry. I was involved in a bad collision that destroyed my vehicle causing quite a few injury’s. Insurance doesnt give no time with rental cars, so i went to autova for help. My credit isnt great, and Chris from AutoVa took the time to help me get into a new whip. Chris and his team went above and beyond to make the deal happen. They did exactly as they advertise. Thank you Chris and Everyone at AutoVA!!!

My daughter bought a car there August 14th. As she went to drive it off the lot, it wouldn’t start. They took it back and assured us the issue was fixed. Less than 30 days later, she’s away at college and her car won’t start. After a jump by campus police she drove it to Autozone where they tested the battery (it was fine) and the alternator (which tested bad). We took it back to AutoVa and were told it’s not the alternator. After keeping the car for a couple of days they said the battery has “bad terminals” and supposedly fixed the issue. We picked it up Thursday and today, as my daughter is preparing to return to college, the car will not start. Either we were sold a lemon or they can’t tell when an alternator has gone bad. Horrible experience.
