Don’t buy or sell to these guys!
I went to this business and dealt with Mathew, I sold my car to them. Didn’t feel great about the money I received but accepted it. He told me my model was the Base when it really was a Sport model which is worth 3k more. When I got home I checked my original paperwork when I bought the car to validate I was correct. I phoned Mathew and was told I was wrong and he will not be threatened by a bad reviews, which I can see why because there are numerous bad reviews all over the internet. He told me my car needed all sorts of work so I should be happy with the money I received. He would do nothing to satisfy me. Just told me come back and get my car!!!

These guys would rip off their own mothers. They ripped me off for over $3000 in an extended warranty that I purchased. And they never paid the warranty company. I found out that your options are limited when you get scammed. They have no morals ethics and values. Straight up xxxxxxxx.

Based on the photos I asked 2-3 specific questions about the car when I first inquired. The dealer response was a generic 'when can you make an appointment to come by and look at the car" sort of answer. I responded with the fact I asked 2-3 questions I want to know the answers to and that I live out of state and would have to talk by phone. Another generic answer, then the next day a memo the car had sold. They appeared to handle special interest vehicles but I wasn't interested in figuring out how to communicate with them further. No human interaction so I can't provide much more feedback.

I had probably the worst dealership experience I have
I had probably the worst dealership experience I have ever had with these folks. From the slightly over-exuberant starting conversation with a salesman to outright bizarre emails from two different email accounts for the same salesman that containing very odd comments and disclosure of his internal human resource issues. I called and followed-up to bypass the salesman who I was working with, only to be promised by a sales manager to check into it and call me back, to receiving no phone call. On another call, I relayed my concern, asked to speak to that sales manager who just happened to be out of the office, to then rudely being told the car had sold that morning, when, in fact, it had not. I would never ever consider buying a vehicle from them after all this and I give them zero stars but DealerRater won't allow me to do that, so they get an underserved 1-star.
