Worst experience ever!!!

Worst car shopping experience in my life. So much pressure to buy. Then they wouldn't keep there word when trying to negotiate. So shady!!!! Do not go here unless you want to be taken advantage of. No customer service skills at all.

Ask for Zachary Kodaj at Young Honda in Logan, Ut

Salesman, Zachary Kodaj at Young Honda, was the most knowledgeable of all sales persons we encountered during our search for a new vehicle. He was also the most pleasant and worked hard to help us meet our bottom line. I would recommend to my friends going to Young Honda and asking for Zach.

Geat Customer Service, but Be Careful

Don't go unless you are experienced with purchasing cars. They are very nice to you and have great customer service. They are always making you feel like your deal is the best deal you can get. However, it really isn't the case. They are immovable with their higher prices. It took 6.5 hours at the dealership, but we finally managed to get the price down for the broken windshield of our car. At first I felt great about my purchase so I recommended the dealership to my sister. She purchased a car here soon after. Long story short, if you don't read carefully, they will be happy to make your life difficult after the car is purchased. I no longer feel I can safely recommend this dealership.

Great salesman

Alex was great! He helped us so much and was not pushy at all! The other staff were great too but Alex went above and beyond! I would buy another vehicle from him again!

Tyler Marquardt

He was very friendly and knew how to explain things having to do with the car we were buying. All the new things on the car are a bit overwhelming to us older people, and their are things that I still don't understand, like how to get google maps on the car screen. Maybe that was not a feature of the car. So far we are enjoying riding and driving in it.

Great service and sales reps

Great deal on my Honda Insight. Max in service is the best. Ask for Logan or Troy when you go in, they're super knowledgeable. Young really cares about their customers.

Bobbie McFarland is such a fresh face to see in your reception area. Always pleasant with a smile on her face. A nice way to start the process of buying a car.
