Me and Husband went in Saturday, someone helped us right away, we explained to Peter that we were taken advantage at another car dealer "Auto Gallery Online" in Lodi N.J. so we were very nervous visiting another place, but to my surprise everyone in Zoom was excellent i didn't feel pressured everything was easy test driving the car was easy as well. They have beautiful vehicles there. The place was nice and clean it felt homely I think this is a family owned business just by the way it felt. i Highly recommend this place. My Husband is picking up our BMW 535xi today i am so excited!!

First off, I would like to say these guys are awesome. I was a bit apprehensive coming in because the last two dealerships I had went to had sent me of to like 20 different banks which made a huge ding on my credit! I told Allen, who was my salesman, what had happened. He said he had a great finance guy to which I rolled my eyes because the guys at the other dealers told me the same thing, but turns out, they knew what they were doing! They sent me to only 1 bank and was able to get me an awesome monthly payment. Allen took the time to go through the cars options and helped be set up my phone once we were done. I called them up a couple weeks after I got the car and they helped me get a spare key using their discount and did some research about my wife's car (that had nothing to do with them). I'm not one to usually write reviews, but if I could I would give this place 10 stars! Thanks so much for your help guys! Loving the new BMW!

Everyone was really accommodating. Made the whole experience enjoyable. I was able to drop my guard after about 30 minutes when I realized the other shoe was not going to drop. I would highly recommend them.

My overall experience with Zoom was great! Alan helped me out and I felt he was straight forward and able to answer all my questions honestly. Peter in financing was helpful in the process. I love my car and I would recommend this place to those searching for a vehicle!

They advertise being open at 8:30 am. We arrived at 8:25 as we were interested in two different Range Rovers they had for sale. The rep shows up in shorts at 9:00 am. When I inform him that we have been waiting since 8:25 am as their website advertises that they are open at 8:30, he shrugged his shoulders and grunted. No apology and then told us his salesperson would be here shortly as he was on his way. We waited 20 minutes. When I asked him again, he said his guy just called and would be there in ten to fifteen minutes. It seems he does not show vehicles. In all sincerity, this was one of the worst customer service experiences - it does not even qualify as service. They are NOT interested in selling cars or at least expressed little interest in walking the twenty steps to showing me two vehicles we were ready to buy. We left. If they are that flippant about dealing with potential buyers, we considered their vehicles would not have the quality or care we would require at such a price point purchase. I would not recommend anyone bother to even visit this dealership. It was dirty, ill-kept, and well, regarding customer service - there is none! A sincerely disrespectful and horrible experience.

Doing business with Zoom Auto Group was a pleasure. Everything as bought out with some possible issues with the car. Financing was attainable with my less than stellar credit. Picked up at the NJT Denville Station to the dealer so I was able to drive home with my new purchase. Peter my salesperson was above and beyond my expectations with a used car dealer and would defiantly purchase another vehicle again.

The service from all of the salesmen was incredible. They were all very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car

I can't thank these guys enough. After visiting a few different dealerships and being lied to and talked down to because I'm a woman it was a pleasant surprise to be treated like a normal person. They didn't have any hidden fees (unlike the store near them that wanted to charge me $3000 over the price!) and most importantly the car, my new 2014 Mercedes E350, was in amazing condition.
