From the minute I walked in the door the greeter was pleasant and professional. My experience with car buying was always unpleasant. I always felt like I left the dealership with the car they wanted me to buy not the car I wanted. But here at Lexus of WC it was quite the opposite. I have a beautiful car that I am proud to own and I can honestly say I will go to this dealership when it is time to upgrade. But for now I am just going to enjoy my new car which I have named Coco. Service department provides courteous service, does not rush when questions arise. Previously would not consider investing in another Lexus, however, Lexus of Wesley Chapel has renewed my interest and makes the investment seem worthwhile.

From the moment you walk into the front door you feel like you are a VIP. The facility is beautiful, well organized and the staff are so very friendly and welcoming, I was introduced to Bruno Santelli as my sales representative and he did a great job answering all the questions I had regarding the different models of Lexus I was interested in purchasing. He was eager to provide information regarding the various options and their cost and I felt very comfortable working with Bruno in deciding which Lexus I did decide to purchase. All the members that I worked with were most friendly and helpful, including Derrick Campbell, Lily Do, Albert White and Vincent De La Cruz. They all were very patient and helpful. Most pleasant & seemless service expeience I've ever had! The entire staff at WC Lexus are courteous, efficient, friendly & knowledgeable. Lets be honest, taking your vehicle in for service not something any of us enjoy doing. It takes time out of an already busy day & could end up involving costly repairs.
