Great time.

Great time buying my first brand new car I’ve ever had. My new princess wagon is the best. I can’t wait to show off my new car. Great experience.

Second time buying from Mike Brockway

Second time buying from Mike Brockway. I can’t say enough about the experience. I already bought one car with him and wanted to buy another. I’m so glad he joined forces with Lexus Of Wesley chapel. I’m very happy with the vehicle and can’t wait to start taking it on Long trips. Everything from guest services to the financial office was perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better experience in buying a car. The price was fantastic and they even gave me a deal on my old car. The incentives were perfect.

Customer Service Sealed the Deal.

Originally my husband and I went into the dealership to do research. We were introduced to Tim Smith and it was immediately evident, he was knowledgeable about the Lexus brand and the competition. We were able to drive two different models that we were trying to choose between, and he never rushed our process or pressured us to “choose”. After spending his time and answering many questions, we explained we needed to think about our options. Tim followed up with us regularly, but not in a generic or overwhelming way. He even made a personalized video of a car that he thought met our criteria, and would be a good fit for our family. After visiting other dealerships and driving other cars, we found ourselves comparing them to Tim and the Lexus. Thanks, Tim for reminding us that good people and great customer service still exists.

The best choice

The biggest mistake you could make is NOT choosing Lexus of Wesley Chapel for your next vehicle. We started here and went to a few others in the area. The other dealership couldn’t even come close to compare to our experience from LWC. From the start the experience was spectacular! Starting when you pull up and see the facility to the warmth and friendliness of the staff it’s just pleasant. Bruno handled everything making the process easy and comfortable to get us our new Lexus.

Amazing Personal Service

Mike's wonderful and warm personality made our car-buying experience the best ever. He listened to us, and was incredibly attentive every step of the way. Because of him, we will never go to another dealership, and are forever loyal Lexus (and Mike) customers. Your relationship with Mike does not end when you leave with your new vehicle.
