First class service
I selected Lexus of Wesley Chapel as the dealership to perform my 60,000 mile vehicle maintenance. Jason Archbell, my Service Advisor, was fantastic. He completed my paperwork in a timely manner and gave me a tour of the new facility. He advised me of the approximate work timetable and offered me the use of a loaner vehicle. I also called the 1-800 number to make Lexus of Wesley Chapel my "preferred dealership". (At the suggestion of Mr. Archbell). I received a complimentary tank of gas for doing this and my car was washed and vacuumed. My car was also completed ahead of schedule. Great atmosphere, professional staff, courtesy over and above and top notch service.

Excellent customer service
It was my first visit to Lexus Wesley Chapel dealer. Bobble made me feel welcome and comfortable. Excellent customer service. Not pushy and just told me what need to be done. Washed my car inside out for free. They have really nice waiting area and some snacks and coffee for free. I definitely recommend this dealer.

Best car buying experience ever!
This was our first experience ever buying a Lexus. Everything was a great experience and the facility was outstanding. Our salesman Kostos was very informative and made our first purchase a pleasant experience that we just had to buy a second vehicle for our daughter. I would highly recommend Lexus of Wesley Chapel and will do business with them in the future. Thanks Kostos for making our first buy an enjoyable experience.

Service and facility are top notch.
The service rep, Forrest, is very friendly and professional. He told me what service they would perform, guided me to the waiting room and told me it would be about an hour. After about 1/2 hour he gave me status of my service. Just under 50 minutes he came and got me and took me out to my car, which had been cleaned. The waiting room is very nice - big TVs, comfortable chairs, and nice refreshments offered.

Top of line experience.
From the minute Tim started helping my family it was a joyous experience. Not only was Tim knowledgeable about the RX350 he was personal and so passionate about his love for Lexus’ products. My entire family was taken care of start to finish. Friendly staff, comfortable lounge and my son was always included. No Birmingham car experience here. Tim went above and beyond to deliver top of the line customer service. From working non stop to find the “perfect” car to arranging test drives and even making sure our pets would fit comfortably in the back. Hands down this purchase has been easy effortless and fun. A huge shout out to Tim for going beyond the typical car sales man route. He knocked it out of the park!
