The dealers were great and helped a lot with the whole process. They made it very easy for me with looking for a new vehicle.

They weren’t as pushy as most car salesman. And they did there best to make us comfort while we waited for our paperwork. The car does need to be cleaned a little better and it needs new windshield wipers but it’s still a good solid car.

I purchased my preowned 2017 Lexus for 32k. Wrong size tires installed on the car, water damaged headlight, windows dont roll down, missing one key. I brought the car to Lexus dealership for window and tire issues. It costs about $3500 usd to fix the issues( gotta pay out of my pocket) because car with after market parts therefore its no longer covered under manufacturer's warranty. Oh headlight repaired at Driven Auto of Oak Forest got water damaged in 2 weeks. General manager Jimol denied to fix the headlight although work is done at dealership and mentioned in agreement. Two broken rims, four tires and sensors and alignment cost about are paid out my pocket. I dont really know how Safety Inspection done here but it PASSED for all these issues. I wasted a lot of time and money on this new car. Take your time and do more research may save you some money. This is 100% facts.
