bad quality abd service
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! When I first came to Driven Auto, they were friendly and sounded like an honest business. They told me that the car was ckean with no problems at all, and if I found anything wrong with it, they'd take care of it. I purchased the car in the afternoon, when I had it inspected at the Mercedes dealership, i found out that struts needed to be replaced. I called Driven Auto the next morning and told them about the issue. Unfortunately, their reply was disappointing. They said as soon as you drove out of our lot, we have nothing to do with you. I told them that I trusted them and took their word that nothing was wrong with the car and they'd fix any issues if I found them. They said they were busy and could not talk to me anymore. Very disappointed. Take your business elsewhere with an honest person.

Thank you for taking the time to review our dealership and staff. You purchased a 2016 Mercedes C300 with 49,900 miles that was under full warranty from the manufacturer. You took your time and test drove the vehicle and purchased with confidence. We had offered you an extended service contract during the purchase process that would have covered the vehicle for an additional 48 months or 50k miles. You declined and said you had nothing to fear. You drove the vehicle 700 miles to Pennsylvania and noticed upon arrival that there was a noise in the suspension. You took the vehicle to Mercedes and they told you that it was no longer covered because of the miles and quoted you $600 to replace ball joints on the vehicle. We assisted with a majority of the service bill but it was not enough for you. We are sorry you feel this way as we exhausted all our resources trying to assist you.
Great people awesome cars, no pressure
I spoke with James on phone at length before i bought my car. I knew what I wanted and got exactly what I wanted. They were all helpful,fair and no pressure. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Words cannot express how helpful, accommodating, friendly and thoughtful this dealership is. They were so patient and kind with me and they sat down and walk over the details of my purchase multiple times. In all my experiences with the so called big dealerships, I have never come across one that was truly looking out for me and not their bottom line. They also searched for a better warranty for my car at a better price. Jim ordered my a brand new back light at no charge. I told him to check the brakes to see if they need replacement, he went a head and checked them out and replaced the car routers for me at no charge. I would hands down recommend This dealership to everyone I know. Thank you Jim, Jamel, and the rest of the staff there.

Simple and easy transaction!
I recently purchased a 17 Infiniti QX60 from Driven Auto and could not be happier. I took the train from St Louis, MO to Chicago and they managed to pick me up from the station. Upon arrival, the vehicle was washed and ready for presentation. I was pleased after the test drive and purchased immediately. They even filled my tank to drive home! Liars DO NOT TRUST THEM
DO NOT TRUST JAMES MASOUD OR DRIVEN AUTO Unfortunately I have to warn anyone considering doing business with this dealership to stay away. on September 11th I purchased a vehicle from James Masoud and I came with a pre-approved loan from Capital One. When I filled out the credit application I specifically told them to only send it to Capital One since I was pre approved so I wouldn't get hit with more than one Hard Credit check. Well about 3 weeks later I received a denial notice from Wells Fargo. They also tried to pull one over when offering an extended warranty. They told me they would reduce the warranty cost but all they did was try to hide it by messing with the loan. I would be have loved to provide a positive review but unfortunately they are the definition of grimy car salesman.

Hello Derrek, thank you for taking the time to review our dealership. We abide and respect our customers wishes when it comes to matters like credit. You were taken to Capital One by yourself as requested because you were an auto navigator customer. Upon arrival of our dealership, you asked if a better rate could be presented if you added your fiance/wife at the time. The only way to tell was to send you to the bank again, and to have a second look with another lender. We were able to obtain a loan by both institutions, but one was more aggressive than the other. We had given you payments with the better rate after, and all the numbers were reflected accordingly. The notice you received from Wells was not of denial, it was telling you your information was sent to them and that you choose a different route. We strive for full customer satisfaction and delivered upon request.

Misrepresentation
My husband and I were looking to purchase a VW Passat SEL Premium to replace a TDI we had sold back to VW. I had inquired about a 2016 VW Passat SEL that was advertised as a "SEL Premium" with the fender stereo system and remote start. I was contacted by Jim Ihmoud to come to the store to look at the vehicle and he assured me it was the model we were looking for with remote start. We have a copy of the ad that Driven Auto had online including remote start was an option on the vehicle. We drove 100 miles each way to test drive the car and we were very happy with the car's condition and mileage. We chatted with Jim during the test drive about the options we were looking for and again remote start was mentioned about it having it and being something we were needing in a car. Jim (the salesman) kept the key in his pocket while we test drove since it was a push button start vehicle. We weren't given the keys or a visual of the key fob until after we paid for the vehicle and all paperwork was signed and complete. When we got home after purchasing the vehicle we noticed the key fobs didn't have the option of starting the car and was missing the remote start option. I immediately called Jim to ask him if they gave us the wrong keys. He said it wouldn't start with the wrong keys but he would call the local VW dealership and get back with me. We never received a call back from him and we are highly disappointed in this vehicle at this point. I feel they should refund the amount it will cost for us to install remote start.
