Professional, proficient, and timely! Leah Sudduth, service advisor, arranged our loan car and her coworker Madison saw that our vehicle was returned on schedule. Very pleased with our experience, and highly recommend!!

Your service staff were very nice right to the point

Your service staff were very nice right to the point friendly and kind all your workers at Walt Massey Dodge and Chevy are real nice to me. They treat me professional and I will be going back to Walt Massey. I’ve been Going there from day one

Technicians are not knowledgeable enough to service an

Technicians are not knowledgeable enough to service an eco-diesel engine .Previous service the technician overfilled my engine oil had to bring it back to take out some oil was offered a free service next time. This service I was told my cabin filter was dirty and they would change it for 65.00 that was what the filter would cost me. Priced some filters at parts store it was anywhere from 14.95 to 25.95 . Sorry but that is not good customer service. Leah at the front desk does an excellent job
