When negotiating price, the employee was very rude...talking down to me and acting like the issues we brought up were totally absurd (cut wires hang down from behind the dash, door sagging, torn weather stripping, lights on dash not working, damages door release handles, no owners manual, only one key. We mentioned nothing about scratches and dings and rust). Also, this vehicle was listed on Facebook marketplace and cars.com for $4,995 and had 151k miles. Dealer said it should have been listed for $5,995...they didn’t even know how much they were selling it for. I said KBB values it at $4200. They said KBB is no longer reliable and came out with an estimate from some other sight...the printout said 142k miles which they tried to just shuffle over. I called them out on this which obviously caught them off guard. Guaranteed they just put in the information to show that the vehicle was worth what they claimed it was worth ($6,000). The lowest they would go was $4,600 and so we got up to leave and then they ask what we’ll pay. We said $4,400 and they accepted this. So they came down $1,600??? It was all such bull crap. Such con men. Will never recommend this place because of the ignorant rule sales guy and the way they tried to pull the wool over our eyes by trying to make the vehicle look like its worth more than it is. Terrible.

Perfect vehicle, fast service
I came here to trade in my sedan for an SUV. Not only did they have the perfect vehicle to fit all my criteria ($8-9000, folding flat seats, low-ish miles) but they gave me a very good deal on my trade. The deal took maybe an hour to complete and was super easy. I was also able to purchase an extended warranty and GAP as a "just in case." They had it fully serviced before I took it and it was clean as a whistle.

Found the SUV I wanted.
I recently purchased an SUV from this dealer. I was very excited about my purchase . Being young I am always skeptical about my decisions I make with my hard earned money. A few days after my purchase I had a problem with my car and Mitch was very pleasant and helpful to arrange an appointment for it to be fixed. When I picked it up I met Erin who got my keys for me and was a dear young lady. Said no charge with a smile. All has worked fine since. I will go back as well as recommend to others.

Got a vehicle from there and the check engine keeps...
Got a vehicle from there and the check engine keeps coming on, they supposedly had to have the computer flashed, which they conveniently never got paperwork for from the dealer who “comes out every week”. The car is in the shop more than I had it. Would not suggest anyone going there. Erin and Mitch do not know their xxx from a hole in the ground! If they make right I will update.

owned by a criminal millionaire and con man
Neil will sell you a vehicle that breaks down the next day (after showing you a "fresh inspection sticker") then refuse to make it right. On top of that, he will lie in court to a judge and throw his millions at his attorney rather than be a decent human being. AVOID!!!

Shady business practices
Not only did they sell us a vehicle for nearly $2,000 more than its worth, but they called us several days later to inform us of a "mistake" on their end. THEIR "mistake" means to them that we should either give them the vehicle back or pay them $1,300 out of pocket for their mistake. The only way to avoid either of these actions, according to them, is to ditch our pre-approved financing with our bank and finance through their bank. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the state Attorney General.

Ran My Credit Without My Approval
I chose shopping for a new car option up top because it wouldn't let me submit this review without picking something. But anyway I received a hard inquiry on my credit and I never authorized them to run my credit. They never even got back to me when I reached out to them about the vehicle. I started to fill out the online financing application but I never submitted because I remembered I didn't have my wife license information on hand so I exited out of the application without even pushing the submit button. So why did they think it was okay to run credit when I didn't even finish filling out the application or submitting it neither did any body contact me. So you ran my credit but never even talked to me.
