Dissatisfied

I had my 100,000 mi. service appointment canceled on my day off due to lack of staff, refused a loaner on my rescheduled appointment 2 days later. Was given a free Uber to work but couldn’t get in touch for my return for about an hour. Spent over $1100.00 on service but couldn’t get a loaner was insulting. I am looking for a new Nissan dealership to work with in the future.

It was absolutely a great experience dealing with Ricart

It was absolutely a great experience dealing with Ricart Hyundai! Everyone we dealt with gave excellent customer service. Cooper kept in contact with us and kept us informed of when new vehicles were scheduled to be delivered. He was very knowledgeable and thorough about the vehicles and features they have. We were actually driving to another dealership when he called to let us know that a few Elantra's had arrived. He was there waiting for us when we arrived. Now that's excellent service! Manager John also took the time to speak to us and was very informative and pleasant to talk to. When we met with Sterling to go over financing, we initially were going through the credit union which we found to be an issue and a convoluted process. Sterling made a call to see what rate we could get if we chose to go through the dealership's financing. He was very patient, thorough and walked us through the process and compared the credit union's rate to the dealership's rate and monthly payments. A process that took hours dealing with the credit union, only to find hidden fees that were not disclosed up front from them, only took around 15 minutes going through the dealership's financing. Sterling was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made it a great experience! Cooper's professional follow-up and follow through with us made it an easy decision to do business with Ricart!

Great service

First time using service dept. had appointment for oil change and check, was very pleased with the friendly and knowledgeable customer service staff would deal recommend taking car in for service

I honestly didn’t think I would leave with a vehicle but

I honestly didn’t think I would leave with a vehicle but the salesman Jose and his manager both took great care of me and my husband I left with a car that was beyond my expectations and wildest dreams

Thank you James!!!

Our salesman James was great and super patient through the entire process. He took very good care of us as well as the other James in the finance department. I could not recommend either of them enough!! Unfortunately the manager we dealt with was extremely rude and ruined what was otherwise a wonderful experience. He spoke to us so disrespectfully and then when proven wrong about something, admitted he was wrong, and didn’t apologize-but continued to be rude and speak down to us. For this reason alone I wouldn’t send anyone to purchase here unless you can avoid him. If you can do it online with James-do it!
