Great Service- Fast and on time, Highly Recommend them to all my friends. Service was wonderful and enjoyed they changed my oil in record time.

They did their job to fix my car sooner than originally

They did their job to fix my car sooner than originally planned. The only issue I had is an interaction with one lady, being rude and rolling her eyes. I simply asked for a ride from a car rental place near the dealership and her response was that the car rental provides rides, for which I responded that I was not asking too much after spending over $1800 to fix my car! Plus they did not even offer a loaner while my car was being repaired and the excuse was that there were no loaners available, when a loaner was later used to pick me up from the car rental place. She should not be interacting with customers!

Ethan in service has always been the best customer

Ethan in service has always been the best customer service person at Edwards. I’ met him when you had your service department in an old garage across the street from where you are now he has always been polite, respectful and keeping his word. He did a great job on this appointment i mending All loose ends.
