A reason I keep going back!

Cullen went above and beyond to be sure that all of my needs in leasing a new car were met! From the minute I made the phone call, he responded with all the information I needed in preparing my 1hr and 45 min drive to pick out my new car. This makes the 3rd Mazda that I have gone back to Ricart for. The customer service is superior and is part of the reason I make the drive. Cullen communicated with me throughout the process from leaving my house to following up a few days later. Zann and Sterling also have great Personalities and knowledge! The entire process was quick and seemless. Highly recommended!

Truck Sale

We’ve had Dan as our sales contact for the last three 150’s we purchased at Ricart. I think from first in the door to leaving with our new truck the most time spent was three hours and the majority of that was spent in Prepping it to go home. Pleasant and knowledgeable associate. Great experience every time.

The first person.

Very pleased with the professionalism Drew showed in the purchase process. I’ve bought nurmourus cars from Ricart over the last 35 years, the service has been awesome. Have to say, Cindy Price is most responsible for my return visits to Ricart, she is the most honest, knowledgeable and valuable employee you have.

I came to get an oil change and left with a new ca

I came to get an oil change and left with a new car. Jay Morelli was a fantastic sales person. My old car was a 2013 Focus, Jay was able to put me in a 2018 Focus. I love the new features on the 2018 Focus.

RICART IS AWESOME

Last July my ex wife Nancy Benedum purchased a car from Ricart Used Car Dealership. She had an amazing experience working with Matt Disbrow. He was kind not pushy. And he listened. Last month when I found I had a need to purchase a car, I went back to Matt and Ricart. Matt was recently promoted to Sales Manager and assigned me to on of his associates. My car buying experience was as stress free as Nancy's. A random issue arose where I couldn't disengage the alarm system so I could turn the key and start the car. The first time it occurred I checked my owners manual and found nothing. After a while it reset itself and the car started. It occurred two additional times and I was unable to determine how to disengage it. This last time was right after grocery shopping at Krogers. As I sat with a disabled car in the parking lot I phoned my exwife to left her know. Nancy called Matt and asked for his help. He phoned me right away and walked me through how to disengage the security system and the car started right up. It is the service after the sale that makes Ricart the best. Roger Gallagher

My Truck Experience

There is not enough space for me to actually layout my whole experience. I started emailing back and forth with Craig Miller, not a bad experience but could use a little more personal skills, really cut and dry. So I made my decision from online examples and headed to Ricart. Walked in and met Dan Atherton who introduced me to Billy Arnold, an extremely nice young man, who went out of his way to assist me. After waiting for over an hour (I almost left) The deal began...... Lets just say that I did buy a 2018 NEW truck, but I feel

Excellent service

Very helpful in fulfilling our needs. With needing a vechical that made us feel safe with our new born. Drew and the ricart team did everything they could to put us in the best position for my family. Will always be greatfull.
