They would get about negative 10 stars if could do it. Over 3 years in and continues to be the WORST business I've ever had to deal with! First I bought a brand new car that had grinding brakes. Tried to call my sales person multiple times who would not return a call or email. Finally made an appointment and took the car in, sat for hours while they checked it (only to find out that a brand new car somehow needed all new brakes and roators...completely shady!) They refused for give me a loaner on my brand new car that I had had for 3 days and I had to get the sales manager involved. They ended up giving me some free oil changes (big whoop) and everytime I have used one i sit at least 2 hours. Today the tech who did the oil change asked if I was "ok" cause I was annoyed for such a long wait every single time and told me "he had been on lunch". I tried to call and speak to the manager who also never returned my call....the rudest most unprofessional business i have ever encountered. Don't go there ever!!!! Ps- just an update on this...called today to schedule one of the oil changes they gave me to "make things right" and was rold they expired and I was no longer welcome at their dealership...start to finish the most unprofessional and awful place I've ever been!

richer has great sales people and large inventory. Thanks to Kris, he made the entire process and paperwork simple and clear.

Marked the vehicle down thousands of dollars to get me in the door, only to mark up the sale thousands of dollars in fees and useless add-ons such as $1800 in polysteel/permaplate gimmick surface protectants. Final offer was almost $10K more than advertised price. Seemed like that was the intention—out of the thousands of vehicles on the lot, the salesman knew exactly which one I was talking about and it was right in front of the showroom. He made sure to ask if there were any others that had my eye before even showing me the one I came into see. Glad I only drove an hour. What shady business.

I purchased my car here in 2016 and noticed from the first few days of dealing with them that good customer service does not exist in the sales or service departments. I'm sorry I ever bought a new car from Ricart Ford.

Dealer response

We have unfortunately been unable to meet this customer’s expectations. Despite the few times servicing the vehicle over the past nine years and recommending necessary repairs, the customer has declined these recommendations. It appears that no matter the service provided, they will remain dissatisfied.

Consumer response

They never recommended any "necessary repairs" and I took my vehicle to other places for routine maintenance due to the way I have been treated by Ricart Ford.

I do not recommend this dealership due to obvious issues between the sales and service department, and lack of transparent communication. Also they have radio and TV on inside - it's an AWFUL experience, no hospitality either. Bought a certified truck in early August (we were there 7 hours!), 3 major issues off the lot (gear shift, no Sirius, no FordPass). I had to take it to my local dealership to get the truck operating correctly, which took 7 WEEKS for them to work with Ford Corporate (not my local dealership fault- it's a long process with issues under warranty). Ricard had the truck for at least 2 months prior to sale - why was it not completly repaired prior to sale? Left 2 messages for the current GM, no reply. This was not the sales persons fault, they were nice but new and seemingly undertrained. This falls with the manager and GM on the used car side and their service dept. The only bonus is they somehow found the 2nd key fob and mailed it to me - no text, no call, no email.

My 2016 Ford F150 pickup truck developed oil leaks and I had to take it in for service last week. Phil Winkelmann was my service rep. Phil was very professional, pleasant and patient with me. He told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get it fixed. I was provided with Uber rides back and forth from the Service Department and my house. It did take 2 days to get it fixed. I am very satisfied with the repair.

Horrible experience Said I was approved and then after 2 hour trip there found out I wasn’t . Then once I gave more info was told I had 2 offers with 2 different down payments. We left to think on it then a few days later decided to accept 1 then was told it was a thought of there’s and was never approved by bank. Do NOT go there!!!!!!!!

The whole process has been done remotely. It has been a little difficult to get questions answered. I have been dealing with the Used Car Superstore.
