If it was possible to give 0 stars. That would be my rating. They have had car for almost three months. Required to take a rental w/ mileage limits and fill up w/ gas. Is it my fault it took them three months to fix my car. The rental department is rude, slow and bad representation of company. They have no problem taking your money when you buy the car. Take their sweet time helping you after and nickle and diming you after they sell you a lemon.

Worst dealership in Ohio.

Worst dealership in Ohio. We bought a $50000 Camaro $17000 miles. It’s started leaking oil right away. Now we can’t get anyone to answer the phone tell us what’s wrong with the car or even tell us where the car is. I’ve had to retain an attorney. Where’s my car? It’s been a week and they can’t tell us anything. Mean while I’m paying a huge car payment on a new broken car and can’t find out where the car is

Ricart worst car dealership

Terrible experience. If I could leave no stars I would. We bought a $50000 Camaro with $17000 miles. A week later it was leaking oil. Now they won’t answer our calls or tell us what’s wrong with it or even where the car is now. I’ve had to get an attorney.

I really can't thank Ricart enough for the service and

I really can't thank Ricart enough for the service and help that they have extended to me over the past 3 months. Mt transmission needed replaced and unfortunately the part was on backorder. They worked with the Ford manufacturer to make sure I would have a car to drive until mine was fixed. In addition, when I wasn't able to come pick up my car they delivered to me. I am beyond grateful and am so glad I took my vehicle to Ricart Ford.

I want to say thank you so very much to Aubrey Hansen and

I want to say thank you so very much to Aubrey Hansen and Ryan Marshall. On September 2nd my husband and I had two vehicles with trailers packed with all our belongings and were heading for Montana, which was to be our new home. We had an issue with our new f150. Aubrey and Ryan went out of their way to help us. They stayed late to make sure we could get back on the road safely. Without their help we would of been stuck without our vehicle being fixed for another 4 days at least due to the holiday weekend, so thank you to the both of them and how great, polite and knowledgeable they were.

I have a new 2022 F150 with 750 miles on it check engine

I have a new 2022 F150 with 750 miles on it check engine light comes on...420$ for a oxygen sensor..No point in ever taking my truck back there for service seems like bad business to lose a customer over a 100$ part for them. They are all smiles when they sell you but that's where it ends

Only interested in selling, not making anything right.

Only interested in selling, not making anything right. Had issues with our used car 2 days after purchasing, 38 months & $6000 in repairs later, still having issues. After our family buying from them for years, we're done. They're more interested in selling than maintaining long buying relationships.

I have been to the dealership and spoke with the sales manager. There was and is no resolution to this issue and I see no path forward; not with the Attorney Generals office, Ricart, or GM.
