Good experience, great selection, love my new car!

I was surprised by the quantity and quality of the used cars available on this lot. Chose a Mercedes, not what I came in for, couldn't be happier!

If the inmates inside of the asylum had the keys

As a person who heads a house hold of 4 drivers, I purchase a car nearly every year for 30 years. On 7/12 at approx. noon, I took a test drive of a 2017 Cadillac Escalade and gave it an inspection. On the test drive there were no brakes. When I returned the SUV, I could see it had paint damage everywhere. (They put nail polish to mask it making it far worse). The 22 chrome rims were damaged and needed replacement. Inside there were cigarette burns all over (the doors, dashboard). The face plate around both the Nav. and Radio etc was worn out. Damaged carpet in the second row. Damage inside the cup holders. For 40,000 miles and a $45,000 price, it was in very poor condition (well below average). $5,000 at very minimum to fix it, at the very least. When I discussed the issues with the SUV, all he wanted to know is if I wanted to be the third person to put a deposit on it. I was shocked! When you put a deposit on something, there is usually a hold.for 24 hours, etc. I told him to find another sucker for that spot, because I could not do business with such an incredibly unethical company.

The most unreliable people ever.

These people charged me extra to get my plates from a different state. Its been a month and every single time I call, they have an excuse ready saying that they would call back which never happens. Stay away please. Regretting already. Did not buy the car to keep it in the garage for weeks.

Mrs. Toledo

My husband and I got a vehicle. the customer service was excellent up until Billy didn't remember telling us that he would have his auto guy install the accessory in for free. We went got the accessory installed then one day later Billy calls us to say he never told us he would have his guy do it for free. I should of had this in writing. I called Billy and I told him I didn't like to be lied to and he said the f word, later he apologized. Told me to forget about it and we dont owe anything. I hope Nick the owner reads this review. Again, please have everything in writing.

BMW 528 i

was a hassle from the beginning, I drove my car for the 1st time from Colonia with almost no gas at all, tire pressure in the driver back wheel is low. All been taking care off, now at the 3rd week and I haven't got my plates yet. Called today and they said you will get them. Have another 5 days business days before I cant drive the car any longer.

Unprofessional Salesperson

Last August I brought a 2015 Mercedes from this company, The sales person didn't Have any knowledge about the vehicle all the sales people left me in the office alone while they when to the back room very unprofessional.

horrible service!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Awful service, rude manager doesn't even get up to shake your hand!! Sales people have no knowledge about the cars. Would never recommend or go back ever again! STAY CLEAR

Jersey Car Direct does amazing work!

Jersey Car Direct is an amazing dealership. Nick the owner/operator takes care of you as if you are his own family. Couldn’t have gotten a better deal on my Mercedes CLA 250. I was looking for a reliable car and found Jersey car direct, I checked their inventory online before visiting the dealer and found the perfect car a 2014 BMW, the car depicted online was exactly as it was when I went to see it after a test drive I purchased it that same day Saturday May 19, 2018. very happy with my purchase, they had a lot of nice cars to choose from Nick the owner was very helpful and friendly and made the process easy he did all the paperwork right there and then and I drove away very happy that same day.
