Service team was Awesome and had me going in a about an hour was getting P.M. on my 2500.

Service nearly got me a traffic ticket damaged hea
Took my 2019 Chevrolet 2500 their for service recall part. Had them look at the backup camera. Said it was fixed, got home, still glitching, took it back today, told me the led lights that I bought it with were causing the back up camera to have lines through it. Picked it up and just got pulled over by police for the front left headlight being “out” all of a sudden. Trucks got 34000 miles on it and can’t be a coincidence given they were in there. Called to talk to the GM. Wouldn’t even come to the phone. Receptionist came back on the phone said she could take a message. I sold cars for awhile after retirement from 27 years in the Military so I know how at least customer service is suppose to work. Won’t go back there again.

Oil changes and cabinet fiiter
Good people, I did have 2 oil changes and a cabin filter did take a least 3 hrs

Buyer Beware
They wasted a ton of my time negotiating back and forth in phone calls and texts until we come to an agreement on price. Then I'm told that the sales rep I was dealing with no longer works there and they can't honor that price.

Overall, an excellent visit to Sons Chevrolet culminating...
Overall, an excellent visit to Sons Chevrolet culminating in the purchase of a 2019 Silverado 2500. Mr. Kraig McAhren was our sales professional and that is what he was, the consummate professional. Kraig was very informative, personable, and was there to represent us as the buyer. Most of our visits to car dealerships in the past have been chaotic, this was quite the opposite; thank you Kraig.

Unscrupulous dealer
I want to start by saying I understand that dealerships need to make money to stay in business. But these people low balled my trade and still didn’t budge on their price. It was so insulting it was laughable. They emailed me what my truck was worth and then went even lower. Also I went to several dealerships and even had an offer to purchase my truck at a considerable amount. These people act like crooks and I can only imagine how many military members have had the same problem. Keep your money and stay away.

Taking care of their customers
Man I had my Suburban serviced at Sons and I had a issue I reached out to the service manager (Roger) and when I tell you he was on top of it he was on top of it. Thanks again for the quick response and resolve.

Pour service.
Went to dealer yesterday, with a on line appointment and found that I had no appointment. They told me that it would take several hours of waiting to get a oil change. So they asked me to reschedule a appointment for today. I did . The oil change took at least 1 1/2 hrs to do a oil change. Probably wont return to this dealer. I think that its a fleet dealer that their priority is the fleet maint.

Wonderful Experience
I have worked with this dealership twice in a 5 month period. The first vehicle that I purchased was total in a car accident and they were right there to help me through the process to purchase another. The staff and my sales person showed care and compassion for me and my families safety also.
