OMG this please was awesome! My Granddaughter is in her 1st year of College at Columbus State University and was having trouble with her car. We were 2... hours away from her, so we had her to take it in to Sons Chevrolet. John Capps and DJ took very good care of her and John was on the phone back and forth with me on what needed to be done. They took care of her as if she was one of their family members. Then a week later there was a noise that she did not think sounded right. I had her to take it back to them before she headed out to come home for Thanksgiving, the last thing I wanted to happen was for my granddaughter to be sitting on the side of the road upset and me worrying about getting to her. DJ (in service) took her car back right away and think God it was okay. She is now on the road heading home for Thanksgiving. I am just amazed at how well they took care of her knowing she was on her own there and we could not get there to her.
I will never come back to have my car serviced. Came in with the promise I would have courtesy transportation to work. Over an hour later still no transportation... and when asked it been one excuse after another.
8 to 12 hours to check brakes and change a bulb.they have you waiting all day .don't offer a vehicle or any other assistance .they have you come in early... to buy a car and keeps you there all day and still not ready.

Technician lied about me needing new brakes. Tried to take advantage I?m assuming because I?m a woman. Also said there wasn?t a code for a warranties part... that i KNOW showed a code when i took it in.
The Sales Consultant, Chana Wills, made our experience with Sons Chevrolet very good. If it wasn?t for her, we wouldn?t have bought the truck there.

It was very professional. Everything was explained to me in a knowedable way. That I understood what was covered and not covered by GM. The service Tec... was very friendly and patience with me. He took the time to explain every detail of my service that was being done on my vehicle. He didn't hesitate to take the time to answer any concerns that I had about my vehicle. He showed respect to me and my vehicle. He said Mrs. Williams we will service your vehicle in a timely manner and we will let u know when your vehicle will be ready. And he kept his word. I was very pleased with the service.
I am local and my husband is in Afghanistan, coming home soon, so I wanted to surprise him with a new truck. They were accommodating until I gave them... a check and then the BAIT AND SWITCH began! They had my money for 3 weeks before delivering the vehicle that I paid for but you know what happened next... it WASNT the one what I paid for! It was stripped of ALL accessories I paid for!They took advantage of the fact that my husband is deployed and I ended up in tears in the end. Great way to treat a soldiers family!! They don't honor USAA pricing, even the little guys on Victory drive do! They sent me to one of their "friends" for accessories only to have defective materials put on! Then when I spoke to Hank, the new owner, he was disrespectful and argumentative and told me I would never do business with him again! I ended up placing my formal complaint with Chevrolet Customer Care. He cares NOTHING for the soldiers and their families that serve this great country. SHAME ON YOU HANK!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!
