We were very pleased wit our experience at Wyoming Valley Subaru with Joe Mercado. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions we had for him. I would definitely recommend Joe to anybody looking for a new car.

The dealership feels like they are always disorganized...

The dealership feels like they are always disorganized and I don’t feel like they care about me as their customer. Today, I dropped my car off outside the service bay because it was full inside. I looked outside after being in the waiting area for about 10 minutes and saw other customers getting in my car; they were loading their grandchild’s car seat into my car since they thought it was their loaner. I walked out to tell them the mistake and then reported this to the service agents. Good thing my keys weren’t in the car.

We were very pleased with our experience at Subaru of Wyoming Valley. Initially we were looking at a gently used Outback (a loaner), but with the 0% interest rate, we realized it would make more sense to buy a new model. Our Sales Consultant, Joe Gonda, was very friendly and down-to-earth and helped us realize that the Outback Touring rather than the Onyx XT model was more beneficial to our desire for comfort and certain amenities. Joe thoroughly answered our questions and when more clarification was needed, he didn't hesitate to work collaboratively with other staff to provide us with the information we were seeking. Joe also advocated for us in seeking for us the best deal possible. Finance Manager Fred Davis carefully explained all the various forms and helped us make wise decisions. We would definitely recommend Subaru of Wyoming Valley to prospective customers.

Very polite customer service. I Loved that they washed my car. Very nice amenities. Good sized waiting area. This service (pdi, and inspection stickers) should have been done before I picked it up. Otherwise service was wonderful.

Got an estimate for $4000..new head gasket and catalytic converter..took it to my mechanic..nothing wrong...fraud! Would never get my car business

Subaru wyoming Valley Motor, in plain, pa Went for recalls on my car, they gave me an estimate for some supposed repairs that my car needs, cause if not it won't pass inspection, took the car for second opinion, and turn out that my car doesn't need any repairs.. UNBELIEVABLE...

There's no reason why I have to get in touch with you, or come back to your dealership.. You guys try to do a work on my car that it didn't need it, and try to charge me $1,400 if I felt for it, in my country, we call that FRAUD.. thank you have a good day 😊
