Subaru wyoming Valley Motor, in plain, pa Went for recalls on my car, they gave me an estimate for some supposed repairs that my car needs, cause if not it won't pass inspection, took the car for second opinion, and turn out that my car doesn't need any repairs.. UNBELIEVABLE...

The service representative was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions and explain things. He went over the work being done and made suggestions.

Had my 2019 Subaru Legacy serviced today . The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is user friendly -clean and pleasant with amenities. Got a loaner car instead of waiting and even got help transferring my groceries! Great place to have my car serviced! Thank you!

I recently visited the Subaru of Wyoming Valley dealership, which is located at 1470 Highway 315, Plains, PA 18702, on 1/6/2021. Prior to my visit, I was involved in a car accident, which resulted in my insurance company totaling my car!! As many of you know, that is a terrible position to be in, especially when you paid your car off 6 months prior. I am new to Luzerne county and started car shopping on Tuesday 1/5/2021. I visited three car dealerships on Tuesday and I had the worst experience ever. I dealt with bad attitudes, miscommunication and overall bad customer service. At this point, I felt discouraged/lost. I did not let this sway me in anyway,so I headed out early on 1/6/2021 and decided I would head to Allentown (as I know there are a bunch of dealerships out that way). Right before getting on the the highway, something told me to see if there were any Subaru dealerships around this area. I searched my GPS and this is when I came across Subaru of Wyoming Valley, which was only a mile from where I was. I decided to check it out and upon entering the dealership, I was approached (6ft apart, of course) by a very nice gentlemen, Joe Gonda (I think I may have been the first customer of the day). I explained to Joe that I am looking for a reliable, safe vehicle and wanted to test drive something. I also explained that I am an "outdoorsy" type of person who enjoys fishing, kayaking, etc. While I was explaining this information to Joe, he did what I feel everyone in sales should do, listen!! He did not interrupt me and paid very close attention to the details of what I was saying. Joe looked at me and said, I think i have exactly what you are looking for. The initial interaction I had with Joe already put the three dealerships from the prior day to shame. We proceeded to walk outside and Joe showed me this beautiful 2020 Subaru Outback. Joe did not know at this time, but I actually looked up this same outback online prior to stopping in. We were already on the same page!!! Though it was chilly outside, Joe took his time to explain all of the features on the vehicle as well as answered all of my questions. I took the car for a test drive and was hooked from the moment I pulled out of the parking spot. As I returned, I knew it was coming down to the point we all hate, the numbers (haha). After explaining to Joe what my finances were and what I would be able handle, he proceeded to explain my options. I never once felt that he was trying to "game" me or provide me false information "just to get a sale". We were able to settle on a wonderful price and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. Joe introduced me to another Sales Consultant by the name of Patrice Grady-Howe, who handled the last steps of the process. She also possessed great listening skills, patience and customer service. Throughout my whole time there at the dealership, which was a few hours, Joe offered me water/coffee/snacks, kept checking on me to see if I had any further questions on anything. One of the last questions Joe asked me was, "Are you happy". I was more than happy and felt blessed to have had the opportunity to meet Joe. If any of my friends/family members are looking for a new car, I will be sending them your way!! I would like to thank Joe Gonda, Patrice Grady-Howe and everyone I had the chance to meet at the Subaru of Wyoming Valley dealership. I LOVE MY NEW SUBARU OUTBACK

Scheduling is easy, service staff are knowledgeable and courteous, waiting area is very safe and clean, loaner car was offered, wait was shorter than initially told, thorough service and clean car.
