My Buick
I searched online and saw what I wanted but the car was already sold when I got there but Bruno and Johnny worked together and got me into something better!! They were both very helpful really patient during the process. I love my new truck!! I highly recommend them

Overall Good Experience
Jermaine was an absolutely great sales representative. He was very attentive and very patient in helping me find what I wanted to fit my style. He understood it was important for me to have the features on the vehicle that I wanted. I came in several days rather indecisive and Along with Jermaine, Claude, Cameron and AJ always asked if I was okay and if I needed anything while I waited or if I had any questions they were willing to answer as best as possible.

Crap Communication Skills!
PissPoor Communication Skills. I called and spoke to Tiffany in the Service Dept. to schedule an oil change. I explained very clearly and plainly that I do not live any where near the dealership and could NOT just drop off my car. I will have to wait for it to be serviced. Tiffany stated that would not be a problem and we selected an appointment for 11:00am from what she had available. I drive all the way over there only to discover that there are a dozen vehicles waiting outside the service bay for their appointments as well. I went inside and discovered that Tiffany knew full well that all the cars were scheduled ahead of me. Since I couldn't just drop my vehicle off, I could spend the entire afternoon inside the dealership until it was my turn. Tiffany never once mentioned how backed up the orders were in the service bays. I drove all that way for NOTHING. Had she just been honest with me about the wait times, I would have chosen a different day or an earlier time. She never mentioned that so I was unaware until the moment I pulled up to the service bay. This is total crap customer service but also a good indication of what this dealership think of its customers. My advice: don't trust what is said to you on the phone - ask every question you can think of first. Know before you go - or go elsewhere. Shaughn D.

Worst Experience Ever
Awful awful experience, would give 0 stars if possible. Saw a car we liked online, went in to see it and loved it. Worked a deal out on our trade and purchased a car from there lot in October. It wasn’t till after we really started having problems. My husband noticed the front grill was cracked and contacted them right away; no resolution from that and even wanted to return the car within the 14 day period but they were really steering away from that topic. Later found a lot of cosmetic issues with the car (ex: cracked grill, bumper is not clipped in on the left side, TON of overspray on grill, headlights, fog lights. Cargo box missing from trunk.) over looked all of that as it didn’t affect performance of the car. Then we had issues with the titling, it was 2 months out and never received it the temp tags even expired and they didn’t even believe me when I said I was getting pulled over by cops for having expired temp tags. We kept getting the run around for the title that “due to covid everyone was behind.” I called constantly and never got a clear answer until we told them either send us the title or we’re going to return the car. Dave Bradshaw who originally sold us the car said they would happily exchange it for something on the lot (they didn’t have the same car we purchased so that wasn’t an option). After my husband said he wants to return the car he said “didn’t you say your getting a lawyer, I’m not talking to you anymore” how professional right? The manager called us and we returned the car, then they told us we had to wait for the check for our trade off 5-7 days. After allowing them the time and calling to check on the payoff amount I was then told it would take 10-15 days. Im finally a through with dealing with them. Purchased a new car in immaculate condition and received the title in less than a week even with time off for Christmas. I wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy. Also, be careful buying the 2017 Cadillac Escalade you’ll probably never receive the title and do not pay for the “mandatory NitroFill” we paid for it and they never refunded us.
