I found a car at their dealership through Carfax. I inquired, and Alex was quick to respond. He answered all my questions and I feel I got the car at a reasonable price. The deal was all done via email and docusign. They are delivering the car to me since I live out of state. All was a great experience and I would recommend them.

In the day of computers and phones acting like computers. These people have the best mix! Hands down! I was able to get info by text. Setup financing and setup a test drive via computer. But as it neared time to interact with humans, well I was pleasantly surprised. The whole team brought their A game today. Test drive, assement of my car, loan papers signed, and driving away in less than 2 hours. Why is this important? Because I have bought cars used and new. It took all day. From doors open to just before the door locked. I do not kid! I will be back even if it took 2 hours one way.

A few months ago I went to Griffin Dodge in the hopes of trading in my 2017 dodge charger 2wd for a 2018 charger gt. I first met with Ashley who happened to be outside, at the time, working with another customer and seen me checking the lot. She immediately met me with a smile and offered to help me in a minute. From then on she became the nicest, most pleasant, sales consultant I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!! She understood my wants and needs and didn't, for one second, try selling me on anything other than my affordable dream car!! She then referred me to Greg Lang to check out financing. One thing is for sure, Greg is an absolute genius when it comes to finding discounts, rebates, etc!!! In my opinion, don't leave anything off the table. Let him know your situation, other cars owned or leased, etc!! He helped save me $1000's more than I thought was possible!! The only bad thing was is that it took me a couple months to get it. That was only cause I needed to increase my score a bit. When all was said and done, Ashley personally went to Iowa to pick up my new ride!!!
