We came from Illinois to pick up a Jeep Wrangler and everything from start to finish was effortless. It was a fun experience -not normally how we feel about car dealerships! I've been a service customer of Havill's for about 15 years now and can wholeheartedly recommend the entire dealership as the BEST one I've ever dealt with since owning cars for almost 40 years now. My previous experiences in the Chicago suburbs really pale when compared to Havill. Chris Havill, the owner, went out of his way to get a refund for work done on my van after the warranty on the part had recently expired. That refund was over $300! And I can't say enough about their service team: Jeff, Jim, and Kerry are always so friendly, professional, and accommodating. I never have to question or doubt that the service done on my two cars will be top notch. I'll be buying my next vehicle at Havill in Jefferson because I know I'll get 5-star service through the purchase and servicing of my car, whatever it might be!
