The attendant they sent to work with me was nice. The puerile at the desk are possibly the worst I have ever encountered in a car dealership. Really true, well fill in your own adjective. I just wanted to drive the car. Had to wait while they washed it, gassed it, did some other checks. If you do not have your insurance card they have to babysit you. The car had engine issues. I and laughing because they privacy won't post this, as the reserve the right to remove your post!

Dont believe what they tell you
This has to be the unorganized company I have ever thied to do business with' everyone I spoke with said or agreed with what I needed, but when it came to deliver three time they reniged on what was agreed to, I lost a couple of hundred in shipping cost but now Im glad I did not buy from these people. as a footnote I did purchase last summer from carvana , they were ten times better.

"NO PRESSURE" Total Farce
Dealership Manager needs to be re-trained or removed from his position. After viewing and test driving the vehicle, sales person presented the Carmax financing that was not affordable. On my own and within less than 24 hours applied and was approved through a Credit Union a loan and terms that was acceptable to me. During my work day contacted Carmax at Manchester with the information needed by the salesperson for the Credit Union, the information was never forwarded. Following my workday once again visited the dealership to confirm with the salesperson the needed information to start the transaction between Carmax and the Credit Union. The sales manager was immediately in my face laying on high pressure, "you must close now or I can't hold the car anymore". "close now using Carmax financing", I can not hold the car until Monday or Tuesday. Flailing his arms and storming off. Pressuring that he was going to sell the car to another buyer unless I closed right now. His tactic of trying to sell large volumes of cars monthly and use Carmax financing to impress his boss will be killing deals at the Manchester Dealership.
