We recently bought a manufacturer buyback from Drive A Dream. Our sales associate was Ameer, who did a great job on providing all the details of the car and guiding us through the process. Since we are out of state, the car was delivered promptly to a mechanic of our choosing for review and was ready for us on our pick up date. The signing took less than 10 minutes before we were driving the car off the lot, making this one of the best car buying experiences for us. We bought a 2017 Q60 from this dealer and we wanted an owner's manual. The salesman came up with excuses but never provided an owner's manual.
