The level of professionalism and transparent communication with Rich and Moe was very refreshing. Rich helped me understand the manufacturer buyback process and was very informative with the two vehicles I inquired upon. He helped guide my decision as to which vehicle would better suit my needs and wants; I am certainly thrilled with my decision/purchase! Moe with finance was very patient and practically worked miracles considering the distance I reside and the bizarre schedule I was unable to modify. Moe managed to answer all my questions and concerns along with getting everything handled before my arrival (and you know how detailed/excessive that can be when purchasing a vehicle!). I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and this was, by far, the easiest process..... and I don’t even reside in state! This is a solid dealership with upstanding employees and quality vehicles. I plan to use them again in the future.

I had my first car buying experience yesterday at Drive a Dream. I was extremely skeptical about buying a car from a private dealer but they really gained my trust. Basim was very kind and extremely patient. He answered all of our questions..... no matter how many times we asked the same ones! I was allowed free reign to do as much research as I wanted to feel completely comfortable with my purchase. He came through on every promise he mentioned in regard to my vehicle. Moe, the finance manager, was very patient and answered a thousand questions for us.... twice lol I’m surprised he doesn’t want a new job after dealing with us! I remember reading other buyers reviews and questioning if they were true testimonies. It all seemed to good to be true. I’m so glad I chose this dealership. I got a great deal on a car I absolutely love!

Rich (Richard) is a calm and professional guy. Answered my questions, if he’s busy, he called me back immediately. It’s just nice when a car sales man is patient and forthcoming. I will definitely recommend Rich @ Drive A Dream.
